Having dropped an iPhone once there is no way I would ever not have protection again. The otter box defender is the best by far. The defender protects from drops and scratches and usually out last the phone. You can’t go wrong with the defender.

Everything as expected out of the box: - Two-part case frame: front and back - Front part already has a screen protector - Rubber slipcover - And a holster that can be used as a kickstand or belt clip, for those of you who like those things. About the screen protector: almost no air bubbles (at least from the conspicuous) means no need for squeegees! A giant plus for those of you who may be a bit ticked with air bubbles under screen protectors. Also, it's scratch-resistant! As probably expected with most, if not, some other cases, assembling (and disassembling) the case with the iPhone can be a bit tricky as the case, when assembled together is really tightly held together. Once the case is assembled with the iPhone, though, the ruggedness is right there. Do please note that, from reading other reviews and information about this case prior to purchasing this case, this case is NOT WATERPROOF. Worth the purchase anyhow as I hoped from OtterBox!

I always get this protector when purchasing a new phone. It has held up in a number of mishaps that may otherwise have required getting my iPhone replaced. My only negative comment is that the belt clip is not as reliable as the protector itself and will sometimes break.

If you like cases that protect your entire phone, this is for you. The case is not slippery. I'm never worried about my screen scratching as there is a boundary between the screen and the case. This case is super durable as I've dropped my phone numerous times.

My 14yr old sons first Otterbox had been put through the ringer (he's VERY rough on his phone) and looked beyond beat up, so this one replaced it, his phone would have never survived without it, thanks Otterbox and Best Buy for amazing deals

My husband just purchased a new iphone and insisted on the otter box for protection against breakage. Since he uses it for work he really likes the fact that it comes with a belt clip as well. His old one was several years old and never broke because he used the otter box.

I read the product specs on the Otterbox website, and talked to family and friends with smart phones..... and listened to the woe of others who had cute cases and now cracked screens. The screen protection still allows easy fingertip navigation. I especially like that all ports are covered from dust and dirt. When I want to be hands free and travel light, I found a Tumi wrist bag that holds my Otterboxed IPhone 6s easily in one of the 3 sections, and also holds cash, lip balm, keys, pen, eye drops, file cards, and business cards, and a few other small items. The one disadvantage may be possibly having to remove my Defender to use my iKlip's Duo external memory/transfer stick. If removing is necessary, it's ok. When using the external memory I will be seated at my desk, so removing the Otterbox would be safe for that project. I am very happy with the protection and performance of the Otterbox Defender.

This is the second of this case for me... and this has been the best case I have used. I work in the field and use the phone all the time for work...and the case gets beat up saving the phone. First phone, for me, to last over 2 years.

I’ve always protected my iPhones with an otter box! They never disappoint. I have a very physical job and needed better protection for my iPhone, so I went a step higher to the defender series. Makes me feel very safe and my iPhone too!

I purchased this phone case for my kid's first cell phone. It's a great case that provides superior protection for his iPhone. I've had the same one for my phone for the last 2 1/2 years and have had zero issues with it.

I have just recently switched from blackberry to iPhone 6. At first I was so concerned that my iPhone would be easily slipped out of my hand and dropped broken instantly. Then I bought this Otter box case. It is so sturdy that I feel my iPhone has good protection now.

The Otter Box Defender is the best phone case for those who have a tendency to mishandle their phone from time to time. i have dropped my phone several times and it just bounces off the floor and never misses a beat. This is a must for protection against dropping.

I am a bit clumsy and have dropped my phone a few times. This case is amazing! Not only is there no damage to my phone,there is no damage to the case. It’s extremely durable compared to any case I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!!

This product is really good. I have dropped my phone many times and it has yet to break or Crack my phone. Only problem is they get dirty really fast. And the screen protector scratches very easily. But my phone is still on great condition so it gets the job done

I've had other phone cases though none have held up to the abuse I put them through, not to mention the phone. There is NO BETTER CASE then this one. The case or phone doesn't break if dropped and the cover last for years! It's the BEST!

The durability and ruggedness of this case give me peace of mind. I don't worry about dropping or breaking the iPhone. All of the outer attachment points of the device are also protected by accessible covers. The only issue I have is inserting the charger into the charging port, it can be somewhat challenging due to having to hold open the covering flap with one hand and inserting the charger into the port with the other.

I love this case. It is exactly what I wanted. I've tried the screen protector by itself and its a waste of money. This is a durable and stylish case that keeps your phone protected. Even has a belt clip that snaps on and keeps the whole thing covered.

Good protection for teens and their iPhones. My son has never cracked his iPhone while using this case. So tough that I bought myself one. I have butter fingers and it still survives beautifully . Not waterproof is the bummer part of the phone.

If you want to protect your phone, you can't go wrong with Otterbox. It's got multiple layers, fits snugly, and has a screen protector. Plus the belt clip that holds you phone also acts as a little kickstand for streaming videos. Buy this!!!

I've been a loyal Otter Box customer since I bought my first smart phone! I had my iPhone come off my hip on the freeway riding a motorcycle. Otter Box was destroyed, phone had a tiny chip on the back glass! I immediately rode to Best Buy for a new Otter Box!!
