Took me three trips to the Best Buy to get the right one, but eventually settled on this one, had everything but 3-D, which I don't plan on purchasing a 3-D TV anytime soon. But new to the Smart home entertainment concept, so I love the internet apps, Netflix, Pandora type stuff. And the player plays everything I throw at it, BluRay, regular DVD, both store-bought and made on PC. Also a nice feature is the USB port so I no longer have to burn internet downloaded vids to disc first, just transfer them to thumb drive. Or better yet, configure my laptop to play them over the network directly.

This player was quick and easy to unpack and setup for use right away. I removed the old player and put this on in its play with minimum set up time involved. Really didn't need the instructions. That easy, but then I'm a tekky type. I got this one to smart up my TV and does everything I need. Plays all my HD & Blue ray stuff as well as streaming. I am able to hook up my phone, tablet or PC to it using the mira capability. The for setup and different apps was laid out pretty easily. I had no problems looking for things in its no nonsense setup. In most cases didn't have to guess where stuff was. The quality outside is pretty standard as players go. Sleek black and very few connections for easy installation. But there is no room for expansion for things. Not say that is bad but could use a little bit more for expansion. Output is great. Deep rich colors for 1080p viewing. Really slick looking picture and really easy to adjust if you feel you need it or want it. Remotes: Hate them but this one is simple to use and understand functions as it is supposed to. Throw the low end batteries that come with it and put in some good ones like Duracell or Energizers and you're good to go. Its a tad slow for me but it does alright. Gets the job done. This was on reduced price but even at the regular price (and I skipped the open box item and got me brand spanking new one) it was very good for its price $99.00/$129.00. I felt it got the most bang for my buck.

This is a great machine with all the bells and whistles but without the big price tag. It's basically plug and play. The only true set up time is connecting it to your home wifi. Once you're done, online streaming for apps like Netflix and MLB.com are super quick and clear.

The picture quality and overall speed are just outstanding. Blue-ray playback and 3D look amazing with this player. Easy to use. Highly recommend. The apps are good too.

Amazing quality and 3D control to tone it down in case some of the movies are "too 3D." Watching 2D to 3D conversion on non-3D movies like Gladiator, this player does an amazing job on the conversion and make regular HD movies look pretty good in 3D. Great value for the price, was considering LG to match my TV and Sound, but glad our Best Buy rep recommended this player instead.

I bought this blue ray dvd player because I wanted to stream Netflix. Not only does it do that, but it streams Hulu, Youtube, and even your amazon prime video! You can also pair it to watch what you're watching on your iPhone! It is so easy to do that even a first grader can do it. I love it and highly recommend!

Great device, easy to use. Allows for everyday use if you watch netflix all the time and also listen to pandora. Lots of short cuts on the remote. Only thing I would ask for is that the device is compatible with a wireless key board for when using the web browser. I bought the key board with fingers crossed but its a no go. Other then that it provides everything I need for daily entertainment. Great product.

This product has.. It was between this one and the similar Samsung both had similar features. I ended up picking this Panasonic as it has a web browser and my TV is Panasonic. I bought this after reading some reivews from other people. I have not been disappointed. This player has better features than others of similar price. It plays Netflix and Amazon Prime (not advertised) movies, which is great for me. The WiFi works well and the player is reasonably fast, much better than my last player. Overall good buy, especially for the price.

Easy to set up and fun to watch in 3D! Perfect picture.

I've had this unit not quite a month now. Easy to set up. Haven't used the wi-fi as I use hard wire for my connection. Picture looks great and the audio is okay. Am using vudu as a streaming source and have encountered no problems as yet.

3D blue ray on my 4k Ultra TV was outstanding. Also, very easy to set up wireless access use the many options available through this Smart device. I had no problem streaming anything wirelessly. Highly recommend since there are very few quality wireless streaming 3D options right now.

Bought this as replacement for a broken unit after geek squad could not fix the original unit. Wanted 3d, which is good, and apps - even though I use apps through my LG 3d tv. Good value for the price.

This review is for my new Panasonic Blu Ray player. I was able to setup the player very easily. The player takes you through an easy setup guide also allowing you to connect to to your network. This is useful for using the apps like Netflix. I haven't invested in a Roku box yet so this sort of eliminates that need if Netflix is your only streaming service as is the case with me. The video is great and Blu Ray discs shine while being played. I can't comment on the 3D video yet but will when I have had a chance to test it. I'm looking at getting the 3D version of Gravity to see what all the hoopla is about. I have a Panasonic ZT plasma so this review will be subjective to the quality of your tv as well. Overall it is a good buy and I would recommend it.

This blu ray as everything you can ask for for a smart blu ray player. It has all the apps I want and you can download other apps, plus you can browse the internet. It's easy to use and very fast.

I have had this for a while and it seems to be working good with no problems. Set up was easy to navigate thru. Works good with Netflix.
