Excellent alternative or addition to manual floss

Excellent alternative or addition to manual floss. Lightweight, easy to charge and refill, versatile head attachment, and powerful compared to corded versions of water flossers. Air puffs recommended by dentists, and feels similar to a full cleaning. Has held up for a long time, definitely recommended.

AirFloss Pro it's time has arrived

The AirFloss Pro by Phillips is the best electronic flossing system available! IMO, it beats Water Pik hands down and yes I own 2 Water Piks from a fairly recent wholesale club purchase. PROS: The AirFloss Pro is a very efficient time saving easy painless and fun way to floss! Minimal mess when compared to its competition. The device uses small pressurized blasts of air (or liquid) to eject food from between your teeth! Brilliant! CONS: If you forget to charge the device after a couple of weeks, the battery may die in the middle of your flossing routine. You may find yourself flossing more often using liquid solution blasts(i.e. mouthwash) vs air and end up with a case of constant fresh breath syndrome! Can be pricey for families because I see the unit like a toothbrush, single user only, even though the ejectors can be swapped, see mfr's recommendation please. I highly recommend the AirFloss Pro by Phillips. (not a paid endorsement, I wish I were that lucky.)

Who knew that quick tiny bursts of mouthwash would be one of the many small magical moments I have embraced and learned to appreciate at the age of 33! Slick design - in black matt finish. Very Good job Philips uncredited designers for the fun, fresh, and fabulous air floss morning experiences and keeping my oral hygiene game on 200% in 2021 !!! Guess I don’t need to photoshop my smile anymore. Maybe a little bit. But Seriously though - this is a game changer, Philips isn’t even paying me for this review. Maybe they should... Brush your teeth twice a day and use this once or twice! Pika pika. Bye bye 2020 mediocre Waterpick-a-chu floss monsters... good riddance... it’s time for the age of Airfloss ultra sonicare 2021 “can’t-feel-my-face-when-I’m-with-you-but-I-love-it” moments you never knew you needed!

Don't even think about purchasing any other water flosser. This is powerful and compact; has a rechargeable lithium battery, great ergonomics and very attractive. I LOVE it!

AirFloss works as advertised but messy

I went back and forth on the decision to get this based on the reviews I read here. I can honestly say, the product does work as advertised. My sensitive teeth are much less sensitive and when I have manually flossed following using this AirFloss, there is nothing on the floss. So kudos to Philips for making a device that works as advertised. Now the bad: this thing can make the experience quite messy. Even with keeping my mouth closed as directed, my mirror, sink, arms and hands still get mouthwash on them as it sprays from the area where the floss head connects to the product. I’ve tried a replacement head (per Philips) as the device comes with two, but to no avail. It’s still messy and the reason for me why this is not a five star product.

    Best flosser on the market

I had one of these forever and it stopped working. I went to purchase another, but it was sold out. I bought a Water-pik hand-held model instead, but it was not the same. By the time I returned it, the AirFloss was back in stock. I like that there are three pulse setting and it memorizes your setting when you turn it off. One charge will last a few days and it recharges quickly. Unlike the Water-pik, this one is made to use with mouthwash for a fresher feeling. Compact profile is great for small spaces, too. I highly recommend.

There were few choices so I bought the one with the best warranty. The footprint is small and everything works as expected. The gentlest setting is still pretty powerful so it does result in some bleeding at times. The water reservoir is very small and it's not clear just how much of an oral solution one could add without damaging the unit. I hated it at first but really wanted to use a water pik instead of floss. With use and more skill, I have avoided the impacts that sent shock waves through me at first. I would suggest reading many reviews of different options before deciding what to buy.

The Sonicare Airfloss is an elegant solution to getting rid of plaque especially when one is an occasional flosser. The combination of air and liquid and yes you can use mouth wash in the container, along with air seems to do a very good job. It is gentler than many of the water pics sold in the market. The only issue is difficulty in finding the replacement tips and the tendency of such items like Electric Toothbrushes and air flossers to conk out in about a year's time from the first purchase. I would still recommend this flosser even if it's not very cheap in the long run. This is my third in 5 years and when it works, it works very well until the day comes when it stops working. Well. Nowadays, nothing is perfect.

This is our second AirFloss. The first AirFloss stopped working after about 2 years. We use Philips Sonicare mouth rinse in the resevior (dentist recommended). After not taking it on a 2 week trip, we came home and it would not work. Rinsed it out several times but did not help. Hope this one will stay working and we will not let it sit idle for several days.

I have been using one of these AirFloss Ultras for years. They have certainly improved my gum health. I will continue to use them and appreciate the results. I highly recommend them. So why only 4 stars? They go bad in less than a year. So for $10 get the BestBuy extended warranty and you will be happy

This unit is messy to use because it shoots air in between your teeth to mimic flossing. It may take some practice to be most effective but is valuable to add to your routine. I would not use this unit to replace flossing, though. This is a great unit for those who enjoy a gadget to help with cleaning and fresh breath. It comes with mouthwash and is ready to go!

Hygienists, and even a couple of dentists, have tried to teach me to floss my whole life. I just can’t do it. Not sure why. The floss picks are easier for me to use, but have problems with them too, and don’t use them enough. Saw this in the store and decided to give it a go. So far I like it! It’s easy to use and seems to get between my teeth fairly well. I’ll see what my dentist says at my next checkup to see how effective it is. Easy to clean and maintain. If you have trouble flossing, give this a try!

I found the Sonicare Airflosser to be an effective addition to my daily dental care routine. Easy to use and compact enough to take on a trip. For the price, though, it would have been nice to have a travel pouch included with the purchase.

Great little flosser and quiet and easy to use. I prefer this to floss sticks so this means I can use them less often this flosser will go between all teeth even tight ones.

I do really like this device. Do be sure to register with the manufacturer to ensure you get the 2 year manufacturer warranty. The first one of these I bought did die after a year and a half but I never registered it. Even though the first one I bought did not live the life of the manufacturer warranty it helps my gums so much that I bought another one. I will be sure to register this one.

This is my 3rd AirFloss. Which means I must like it. I do. the first one was a regular AirFloss. The later ones were the Ultra. The reason I like the AirFloss is you don't have to use a lot of liquid to floss. It shoots bursts of mouthwash between your teeth and is strong enough to clear any food particles. Especially, if you eat Corn! I highly recommend it.

This takes a little getting used to, but it is fantastic for braces! If you have any sensitivity’s today toothpaste, it also leaves your mouth feeling fresh but without any toothpaste taste or residue. Highly recommend but give it at least a week to get used to.

SonicCare Waterfloss for better gum health

The Philips SonicCare Waterfloss works as intended and flushes out food particles that you will not get from just brushing. However, I would still recommend to floss even when using this. My routine is to first brush, then floss, and finish up with the waterfloss. The other issue I have is with the 2 spurt setting, you will end up using most, if not all, of the mouthwash in the chamber. It's not a big of a deal, you just have to refill it after each use. I still recommend this product to everyone for better gum health.
