The only problem is that sometimes I get the dreaded "not compatable" message so sometimes I have to slide the bottom of the case down so it doesn't plug into the phone while I charge the case.

Headphone input is too deep at the bottom. Some cables don't fit and you have to take the case off to access. Otherwise case works nicely with regard to charging and protection.
