Sort of a Sequel

It's very, very far removed from the first and only shares a few NPCs. The gameplay is a lot of fun but it's sparse and the driving just isn't interesting - and it stutters on PC regardless of PC. The DLC is a joke as the company has not followed through with more than 1 promise and it was a late one. Very disappointing. I wanted to return to the game but there's no reason once you've explored its small open world area. Which, by the way, it shouldn't have been an open world game.
