Product works great. very good quality. Only one complaint: mirror magnifies items in rear view. A bit annoying to me, as I have a protective Back Rack behind my rear window and it's difficult for my eyes to properly focus with that and traffic behind. Wish mirror did not magnify.

Best Buy did a super job of installing the backup camera. Making the appointment was easy and I just shopped for a bit while the Technician made the install. The wiring looks just like what was already on the vehicle and the Tech gave me a run-down on how everything worked.

The Technician did a great job installing the rear view mirror with built in backup camera. He explained how everything worked and went over every detail with me. I am very happy with the quality of the work he performed installing it.

Technician Herb was a gentleman who performed admirably. He installed a backup camera in my vehicle. I was very impressed by his professionalism and neatness that I’ve scheduled two more installations with him on two more vehicles

I never had a problem or issues when I have went to Best Buy. Best Buy at Central Park in Fredericksburg, VA. Seth is my favorite employee in the sound/radio install bay. Very knowledgeable with the equipment that is very awesome!

They stained the inside of my seats. They weren't careful where they stepped, or they were dirty all over. I don't know, but they made a mess. They did a poor job installing the rear camera, resulting in a useless image quality for the week or two I had it. They said they installed it inside because that's what the instructions said, but when I called the company, they said it strictly says the rear camera goes on the outside of the car. The fact is, everyone says what they want. They made me waste a total of 5 hours and gas.

The agents install back up camera to my 2007 minivan. It is cost effective than purchasing a new vehicle with back up camera feature. The agent did a professional job. The camera still works to this date. No issues. Professionally done

My Dash Cam was installed perfectly by the Geek Squad agents. I love how they hid all my wires and my Dash Cam looks great!

The installer went over the top (to me) to keep me informed about the progress of the installation. When there was a problem with getting the parts he let me know and worked to correct it real fast. This guy understands how to make customers smile. Great Job.
