    The guys were great with hooking everything up. But now I need to call and have someone back the system is all messed up.

    The Geek Squad was supposed to come back and make some changes to my system and have not done this yet. Not at all satisfied with their service.

    The solution offered by the Geek Squad didn't work as they intended and left me with a setup that I didn't want.

    Geek Squad has been here four times in the last 2.5 months. They have sold us a new TV to solve our problem and that didn’t work. They came back and decided it was our receiver that was the problem. We bought the one they recommended and it still didn’t work. They always give us their card and tell us to call them if we have any problems but they never answer or return our calls. We now have a great TV but our surround sound no longer works because of them. When we called headquarters to complain they said they would back within 24 hours and they never did.

    Geek Squad service was POOR POOR POOR!!!!

    Geek Squad took no time with me. They were in and out as fast as they could. Took no time with me going over the TV. We has numerous problems with the way the way the TV was setup. Still having problems with the TV at times.

    took 4 attemps to install TV

    payed a lot of money for TV and other equipment and the special savings program. took 4 visits and a month to get it installed correctly. every manager kept passing the buck to different departments. worst service EVER!

    Tv still does not work right. Andrew the Best Buy consultant was supposed to reconcile charges but never has.

    didn't complete the job & I got a refund. Then when I went to the store to discuss the poor service the manager couldn't understand & cussed

    could not fix my WEMO system. Still not operating. Have not heard from the Geek Squad about the matter in over two weeks.

    Seniors best friends.

    It is so stress free knowing that in my senior years I can call the geek squad when ever I have issues with any of my purchases. They even rehung my TV for free. The young men were so sweet, professional and courteous. Join the membership. It’s worth it. Thank you.

    TV Mounting

    Hesitant on the price to mount two TV's but was worth every penny after the work was done. Great staff, friendly and efficient. Only issue is we were not instructed on how to operate the mount that slides and detaches, original installers were late to another call. Second visit corrected that issue

    Soundbar troubles

    Adam and Eder went above and beyond expectations. We were having problems with our Bose soundbar and theater system. Thanks to Adam and Eder they recalibrated and did a firmware update

    Reconnect to Internet provider

    The first team was unable to connect my system to the Internet. The wires were buried under the house. After the internet service provider reconnected us to the internet, he was unable to make the system work. So a Geek Squad tech came out and was quickly able to correct the problem. It has been working ever since.
