Just sort've upset Best Buy had sent me a used board even though I paid for a new one. I was super excited to open this keyboard up being that it's hot swappable. However, after removing the last screen I noticed something was wrong. ONE OF THE SCREWS TO OPEN THE BOARD WAS COMPLETELY STRIPPED!!!! It took me a while but I was able to remove the screw. So, point being is if I had known the product was used, I would've check for the stripped screw earlier rather than at the end of my return period. Overall, the product is exceptionally good and would recommend keyboard to anyone getting into mechanical boards.

Decent at the correct price

Too small/ doesnt work with chromebook!
