I couldn't get a date for installation because the technicians were not experiencing in installing the remote start on an Audi Q7. The Audi dealership advised against it because of all the electrical components involved.

I can't review I bought threw best buy at Pittsburgh mills. They informed me they couldn't install it because they are closing the end of March. Had to call other stores to find one that would install it ,no one answers the phone. Finally got app. Still not in.

Long story short I’ve already left long review explaining. The two techs I had communication with didn’t want to install my alarm. They tried everything to get out of it. If I didn’t stand up for myself I’d still be waiting. Product works well besides the fact of having to buy everything separately.

I had the first appointment. Over two hours go by and the installer is walking around the sales floor. Never even started on my car. When asked why he said been very busy that they only had two techs. But only had two vehicles to do. Best Buy needs to look into who there hiring. Just plain sorry!

I purchased a product with an install plan for my fiancé’s car. Then was told we don’t work on European cars. Horrible. This should have been addressed when we purchased the product. Useless service!

My remote start never worked properly and the little that did stopped after only one day of being installed. After my third trip to try and get the issue corrected I had them to just remove the remote start.

Dont go to the Richmond, tx store for installations. He installed my remote start all wrong and it fried the VSM 550.

My appointment was rescheduled because goths representative did not put in the correct work order. Then when I called back to reconfirm the new date, the customer was very rude!

He Didn't know i Had total tech and I said I needed my galaxy fixed and was told that they are blocked by Samsung from repairing the only reason I paid for the plan.

Great installation experience. Viper remote start was trash. They made it right with a Compustar at my expense. Did waste my time though. Only getting one star because they shouldn't sell junk!
