Best Buy installed a remote start in my wife's VW Jetta. Install was performed with no problems and the installer did a great job of explaining the features of the device.

wires are rattling but otherwise it was a seamless experience.

Unable to move forward with install, was glad geek squad called to ask if I knew this could void warranty. So checked with honda who said it would so decided to get refund

Ordered a remote start install online after confirming with car audio customer service that my car could be serviced. After waiting a month for my install, my appointment was canceled the day of the appointment by the Davie Fl store and never rescheduled. Rescheduled with a 2nd store in margate Fl, after another month of waiting, the install technician lied to me upon arrival saying Best Buy “no longer did car security installs on manual cars”. Called the car audio customer service to get clarity, was informed the technician lied. Called off work 2 times to accommodate the install schedule. Never got any assistance. Abysmal experience.
