The first Camera was faulty (Powered off and never came back on) the second isn’t picking up all motion, and won’t start connected, and it was also improperly installed, so it keeps falling, and dangling by its cord. The Geek Expert knew this before he left my home.

All of our doorbells and cameras are designed for a fairly simple, DIY (do-it-yourself) type of installation. We strive to include all needed parts, tools, and instructions to make the process seamless for our customers. However, in some installation instances and unique home environments, assistance from a qualified professional or someone familiar with installing Ring products may be best.
