This is my second roborock robot vacuum. The old one would get tangled on oriental rug fringe and had problems going over sills. This one has no problems withsills and has never been tangled. It gets into corners and does a great job mopping is well as vacuuming.

I absolutely love this robot vacuum! It saves me so much time and does a great job cleaning every corner. The smart navigation and powerful suction really impressed me. Highly recommended!

I've had a Roomba for several years and replaced it with this Roborock. There is absolutely no comparison. Roborock is the definite leader in this space and I cannot be happier with my new robot vacuum/mop. It does a fantastic job and runs every day to keep up with my kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. My floors look and feel amazingly clean! Thank you Roborock!

best robot vacuum ever keeps up with all the dirt and vacuum and mops great

A long time irobot customer looking for a better machine to clean my floors. This vacuum is wonderful! With the obstacle avoidance, spinning mop pads, the reaching brush and the self cleaning features what else can you want or need? Ever since i purchased this machibe it has performed as expected. My floors are cleaner than ever so i bought another one for my second floor. :)

- The brushes got stuck one time because it picked up a plastic thread - And one time it would not dock due to some error that eventually resolved

This is our second Roborock and absolutely LOVE it. Goes under and behind like we normally wouldn't have time for. When used and maintained regularly it is an amazing help especially with two furred animals ;)

Never had one of these robot vacuums before, but I am glad I got one. I figured it wouldn't work great but I was wrong, this thing cleans every floor in my house. It basically set itself up with the App.

This unit replaced my Irobot J7 which was a great unit for it's time. But this one exceeds it in every way. Better cleaning, better suction, way quicker and quieter.

I have tried other brands which work ok in the beginning period after a few months later, navigation does not work property, get stuck, it doesn't go back to charging doc. I would always find the others in random places in the morning. I am going to say this is the best robot. So far i highly recommend it 2 others.

The perfect housekeeper! I work a very demanding job which leaves me feeling exhausted by the end of the day. Having this useful vacuum/mop makes my home chores much easier to maintain. Especially when I have bad allergies due to built up dust. It runs daily, minimizing allergens.

I just replaced my old robots and so far, this one device is doing a much better job than those two devices did. Would absolutely recommend

Good build and features, but at $1,400 it felt overpriced — now that it’s $900, it finally matches what you actually get. Performs well and looks great, but paying $1,400 only to see it drop to $900 stings a bit — value didn’t match the premium price. Solid product overall, but not worth what I paid in January — great choice now that the price is fairer. I like it, but early buyers like me overpaid; $900 feels right, $1,400 didn’t. Strong performer with quality feel, yet steep early pricing makes it hard to recommend at full cost.

This is my 2nd Roborock. Love this one own two due to home size.

We have three dogs. One being a husky who sheds every second of the day. This vacuum picks up all the hair with no problems! The mol feature is perfect. I have two rugs and the mop pad lifts when its on them.

This vacuum cleaner and mop does a great job! Easy to setup and maintain.

This is my favorite robo vac. I have owned multiple brands but this one is top. There is a lot of maintenance you have to do to keep it clean though
