After waiting months for delivery (not Best Buy issues, but supply chain issue) this finally arrived. I live in a condo and decided to turn a closet into a laundry area. The machine fits great and you can load a lot more clothes in it than I anticipated. I would say 1-2 peoples week of laundry in a load depending on the season. You’re also able to wash a load of towels and/or sheets. Definitely not built to take a comforter, which this is space saving so did not expect it to. The washer is fairly quiet, the loudest part I think is the water filling the tub and rinsing clicks. The washer does not jump across the floor a whole lot, but initially moved even with the pairing dryer stacked. I found the cheap plastic washer pans you get at your local hardware stores contribute greatly to washer jumping, so I tried a more expensive metal one from Killarney Metals (they have a bargain buy section got a great deal on one!) and placed a mat between the metal pan and washer and dryer stack. Machines do not jump one bit now and it looks good. Overall, I have not had an issue with this washer and owned it for 7 months now. The clothes come out clean and almost dry on medium spin. I can’t comment on the water reservoir as I run the drain hose into piping. However, being provided with both options to dispose of water is great. So for people who can’t connect to plumbing this is a great washer to purchase. The cycle times I feel are good enough and the machine uses very little water, but produces clean clothes, sheets, and towels each time. The only complaint I have, which is not a big one is the detergent compartment I find just a little shallow so I have to be very careful when pouring things in. Also, my machine came with a dent in the plastic bubble area of the door. This was clearly a manufacture issue as I watched the Best Buy delivery guys unpack the unit and bring it in. However, Best Buy made good on the issue and provided me with a gift card as an apology.

Love the product so fair. Work great, quiet and fit perfect in a small place. It's compact but can wash and dry a regular load.

A small, compact washer that works like a large, high capacity washer. Very quiet and sturdy. I have a very small space for a washer/dryer hook up and the Samsung compact washer and dryer combo work perfectly in the small space and work efficiently and quietly.

My wife loves this washer! The stackable washer and companion dryer fit in a 3 foot x 4.5 foot closet. Perfect for small to medium loads. Fairly quiet and has many wash options.

It’s quiet. It balances well in the spin. It holds a lot of laundry for its compact size. It fits well under the countertop—in the kitchen. Does a nice job cleaning clothes. Very impressed. It’s like a small version of our Samsung 7500 set that’s out in the garage. Recommended!

I’m happy with my new Samsung washing machine. It’s working well, looks good, is pretty quiet and is easy to figure out how to use it. I’ve only had it for a month, so time will tell on the quality of manufacturing. This my second 24” washer/dryer pair. The small machine washes a surprising large amount of clothes or sheets, and it’s all I need as a single person. It’s large enough for the laundry needs of 2 people. The dryer, on the other hand, does require more time to dry than the full size, it for the extra space gained, its worth it to me.

After many hours of research, I decided upon the Samsung Stackable washer. My laundry room (closet!) is small, so size was a deciding factor. Since the initial wash, I actually look forward to doing laundry! The machine washes well, with various settings and a steam option. Though loads are small (it's just 2 of us), the washer is quiet and the clothes come out very clean. Highly recommend!

So far a solid performance with only a few light loads. Everything came out clean, fresh and almost dry from the high-speed spin cycle. Noise was acceptable and vibration minimal. Controls are intuitive on first try (without reading manual). Definitely recommend for small spaces and/or energy-saving uses.

Again, just like the dryer I also bought, I love the design and the fit in a small space. Also very quiet. The only maybe negative thing I would say so far is that there is always a little bit of standing water in the detergent dispenser and in the bottom of the rubber seal at the opening. I have heard they will mildew so I wipe out the standing water in the seal and always leave the door open when not in use.

I am very happy with purchasing this Samsung 2.2 Cu. Ft. washer. It looks great and does an excellent washing job. I like it's various washing programs with 5 water temp and 5 spin speed options among many other. I love the extra rinse, quick wash and rinse & spin (only) programs for more sophisticated needs. It has a very pleasant 'end of washing cycle' sound. This washer is quiet and works well with a matching dryer. It is made of hight quality materials and looks great! Very effective and easy to operate washer. Great buy!

This is washer is compact, quiet, and vibrates much less than my old one. I like that the door is reversible, the different wash cycles, and the self clean option. When it got delivered - the geek squad crew dropped it - which lead me to believe that was why it was leaking upon the very first wash - the replacement unit does not leak though and I have had it for a month. added bonus: it uses 1/5th the electricity as my old washer.

So far it has been 1 ywar and it is perfect. No problems, it is silent and most important no shaking during rinse.

This washer has served us well since 2017 but mid 2021 it started having a few leaks. Luckily we'd purchased a Geek Squad protection plan and Samsung's Technicians suggested a replacement unit and today we received a brand new machine. The machine itself has so many settings to chose from, it's efficient, does a really good clean and is pretty quiet. We have the matching dryer stacked on top of it. Love these units, would recommend.

This is our first washer in our condo. We were using community laundry before. This thing is efficient. I like that it is so quiet and doesn’t cost a lot to operate. We didn’t purchase the stacking kit, so we haven’t tested the dryer matching set yet. I like how many settings there are, but it can be difficult to understand. Luckily, the manual does a good job at explain what all the buttons do. It makes this “longer than normal ring “ when the laundry is done. It is definitely subjective. I haven’t gotten the app to work but that’s not a big deal to me.

I live in an apartment complex and this washer is perfect for small spaces. I bought this washer because the machine located in my complex was not cleaning my clothes throughly. It performs very well and my laundry is now clean. The machine is virtually quiet and you can't even tell its washing until the pump kicks in to drain the water. This was the only reason I only gave 4 stars. I still think its a worthwhile purchase.

Wow just wow. Bought the Samsung compact washer and matching dryer, and these are the best W/D I’ve ever used. Clothes come out super clean, the dryer only runs until the clothes are dry, no matter how long it says on the display. Both very efficient. Washer is quiet even during spin cycle. I haven’t used all the features yet like steam, but I look forward to trying it out. (My previous set was whirlpool, which was the worst ever. )

This washer and dryer fit perfectly in my small laundry alcove in the master bathroom. It's pretty quiet as well. There's multiple settings, but I would have to say I wish the athletic wear setting worked a bit better. Doesn't always get all the smell out of your gym clothes. Overall, we are pretty happy with it.

I love this. It is mostly quiet as advertised, but the music could be a little shorter.
