I tried updating firmware and software, adjusting setting, etc. and the sound simply doen’t work on the monitor. Samsung support was not existent. They have an AI chat agent that is completely useless and failed to connect me to an actual agent. I have purchased mutiple Samsung TVs in the past (I currently have 4). After this experience, I will never buy another Samsung product.
