    DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG MONITOR

    This monitor, and apparently many Samsung monitors, have an annoying glitch. Whenever it is turned on or wakes up from sleep, a pop up box appears with instructions to register the product. It eventually goes away after 10-15 seconds. There is no way to stop this pop up from appearing. It occurred immediately upon setup but I wasn't too concerned thinking I would eventually find out how to banish it. Upon researching, I found out that this problem is quite common among Samsung monitors and that Samsung has no fix for it. Unfortunately, I waited too long to research the issue and my time to return to BB has elapsed. I read many reviews on the BB website and am curious as to why no one mentioned this as when I googled the issue it is apparently quite common.

    Terrible placement of barrel plug at the bottom of the screen. Hard to reach it but worse is that it can come lose and cause power flickering.

    It was working perfectly for a good 3-6months then lcd breaks for no reason

    It was defective. It was broken. I do not know if the factory actually shipped it broken, or if was broken during the shipping and delivering to Best Buy. Nevertheless, Best Buy gave me a credit and I was able to buy another monitor. I am very pleased with the way Best Buy solved the problem.

    This was a bit small for me so no I don’t think I would recommend this to friends

    The monitor is great and functions well. However the staff was tried and the monitor I previously paid for and was waiting on shipment was canceled without my knowledge over it was a terrible experience and I will never buy from here again.

    Does not have sound build into it or just came broken trying to get it fixed but now I have to pay additional money for a monitor just to see if it can even get repaired

    My overall experience has been good. The only issue i came across was, your only going to want to use one of the 2 cables that come with it otherwise your pc will think you have an extra screen

    iI bought it on 11/26/2023 and I used a year and a week and today a random vertical lines showed up in my monitor. I visited repair service store and they said it is a monitor defect. There was no physical damage at all during i used it. I contacted customer service, but they said there's nothing they can do since the warranty is expired few days. This is annoying that i just wasted $240 for use of 1 year.

    Unstable stand

    The stand isn't stable at the tallest setting. Mine tipped over face first and stopped working. Had it 3 months Best buy won't even let me return it

    The graphics when playing is amazing! Really enjoy the quality it gives and the flexibility to move it how you want to. Definitely recommend this for WFH and if you're into gaming.

    Too heavy, looks gross, and take a lot of space. Definitely not recommended to buy if you are not a gamer
