I was wanting to upgrade to a higher hz monitor and was super happy with the finish of the product but was instantly disappointed with the quality of the display after I turned it on. I went back to my old monitor. The images where just not clear, and jagged edges were very noticeable when playing and reading on screen prompts.

Beyond upset. Bought this monitor 7 months ago, have used it about 3-4 days out of each week for a few hours, just yesterday the screen went black and the monitor started smoking. I’ve done all updates, its in a clean area with no clutter, i dont keep things running, $250 wasted on something that went out within 7 months. I tend to stray away from Samsung and i thought this may have changed for me but typical Samsung product breaking down within a year!

no Sound

this does not have any way of playing sound on its own, but will allow you to choose it as an audio output and control the volume with inbuilt controls. I did not see any information about it not having any sound at all, so am writing this to try and help someone else.

Whenever I turn on the monitor it will start flashing white and black, after about 5 minutes of that it will let you do your thing no problem for 15 minutes before it does it again. For a monitor this expensive it should not be working so poorly. I also have 2 of these and both do the same thing. (DON’T BUY!)

Picture quality is terrible

I was super excited to get this monitor being that ive been playing on a 75hz monitor for years. I was expecting the picture quality to be significantly different but in all honestly my 75hz monitor looks way better than this one. I would give it a 0/5 if i could. Big thumbs down.

Flashy, but not hardy, monitor.

I bought this monitor in October of 2023. When I first bought the monitor, everything was great, and I enjoyed the monitor.
Tonight, May 24th 2024, a power outage occurred in my neighborhood while I was using my PC. After the power came back on, I attempted to turn this monitor back on, only to be met with a blank screen, and a message on my second monitor that no other monitor was found. A short power outage bricked the thing. Never buying anything Samsung again.

Best buy return policy....

Dead pixels started showing up within the first 4 days. They will no longer accept a return as its been 30 days and its gotten worse. Horrible experince but the monitor would be great if i got a good copy...

Used this monitor for about a month. Next thing you know. It just shuts off. Won’t turn on. Nothing. Second time buying a monitor that can’t work properly
