    Screen is very nice but tilts forward at the top and that tilt cannot be adjusted frustrated

    With the monitor attached to the base, the monitor is not level from left to right. It is leveled with a folded piece of paper like you would level a "rocking" table in a restaurant. Monitor quality is good. Base is cheap (i.e., Not Good).

    This monitor is good as a monitor. It was cheaply made with the LCD screen visibly moving when touched or held. I would go for an HP monitor instead.
