The picture quality on this TV is excellent, especially when it comes to gaming. Colors are vibrant, motion is smooth, and there’s hardly any lag, which makes for an awesome gaming experience. It was also super easy to set up right out of the box, everything was straightforward and quick. The sound quality is decent, though I found it a bit lacking in bass. If you’re someone who enjoys deep, rich audio, you might want to pair it with a soundbar or external speakers. Also, the remote feels a little basic and could be more responsive, but it gets the job done. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this TV. It’s a solid choice for gamers or anyone looking for great picture quality at a reasonable price.

Great picture. Main reason i ponied up the extra cash for this 32in TV is I wanted a flush against the wall Look, this is the only 32 inch TV tht is this thin. With a flush wall mount its nice and clise to the wall (in my case about 2inch) My one and only complaint about the TV is how incredibly sluggish and slow The processor is for the amount of money this TV costs. I've had fire sticks and roku Sticks that are snappier and faster than the menus and settings On this TV, other than that, the picture is amazing. Has filmmaker mode. It's a great tv if you can put up with how sluggish the UI is.

My old TV was VERY old, and it was time to update. I have a 32" table, and had to find a new TV that would fit on that size table. Most of the larger TVs have a wider stand, which would require purchasing new furniture, and all I wanted was a new TV. So I was happy to find the Samsung 32" would be a perfect fit. I looked at a similar Samsung that cost quite a bit less, but the picture quality and other features on this model were much better, so I decided to splurge and get the more expensive one. It was a good choice! When I opened the box, the 2 little screws that attach the TV to the stand were missing, but when I went back to Best Buy, they replaced the screws with no problem. Assembly and setup were easy, and the TV was up and running quickly. I was very pleased with the picture quality and all the extra features. I attached the Xfinity cable box and paired their remote controls, and everything is working well. It's been a little bit of a challenge to get the picture settings set, and I'm still experimenting with brightness. I was using the coaxial cable connection, but the HDMI connection is much better. Colors are brilliant, sound is excellent, size is ideal, and I'm very happy with my new TV.

This tv is in our guest room. I often use it when my husband wants to go to sleep early in our bedroom. The picture is clear and the tv is very easy to use. I like to stream shows on this one because it just has a better picture than our Sony one in our main bedroom.

Excellent picture quality, sound, and UI. However, I bought as open box and it was missing a screw for the stand as well as the plastic screen protector (not a huge deal but a bit dissapointing). It's a bit difficult to clean and pretty expensive for the price, but if you can buy it at a discount I recommend it. Overall great TV for gaming especially.

Excellent clear picture! Above my expectations! Got it for my Computer room, perfect fit! The sound is played through a Sony sound bar which makes it even better!

I have been a fan of Samsung TV’s since buying my 55” The Frame in 2021. I needed something smaller to fit in a guest room and I found a 32” Open Box at the Pineville, NC store that replaced a 10 year old Panasonic. No comparison. And another great buy “Excellent” open box. The Best Buy my plan only adds to the quality and confidence.

Excellent image and good price, good sound and easy install

Perfect. Using in our kitchen. Great colors built-in speakers are more than acceptable for a kitchen but purchased an open box sound bar while I was there. First time I purchased an open box. More than satisfied would definitely buy open box again.

Great picture quality and size for space we had. Happy with sound quality. We don't watch a lot of action movies so we are happy with sound and picture. Totally satisfied.

I love the 32 inch Samsung QLED. Perfect for my music lessons and everything else! The pictures are beautiful and the speaker is clear.

TV offers good sound and image. However, my TV is suppose to be viewed from loft and from belowe. Advanced Menu is empty. This TV does not offer HV flip as IT mentioned in a list from the video tutorial. Possibly unable to return Open Box!

Amazing picture. Great sound. Purchased for my craft room/converted small bedroom. Bonus is free Samsung TV which I find myself watching a lot.

Has a nice picture and easy to use; however, it does NOT have adjustable stand width. The literature and specs say it's adjustable from 22.8" to 25.5". The stand brackets are fixed - there's no way to push or pull. I bought this TV because of this feature! Stupid people writing the specs!

Picture quality is excellent, Samsung, to me, is #1. Perfect for the bedroom.

Fantastic TV. I use it as a porch tv. Bring it outside on a nice evening when the kids have taken over the family room. I’m tempted to 3d print a handle so I can stop touch the screen.

Good quality TV, easy set-up and connectivity. Sound is ok, but with most smart TVs, recommend adding a sound bar.
