Amazing picture quality. The most crisp and clear picture ever watched outside a movie theater. Chose this particular tv for the base so it'd fit in my space with the best stability. Best decision possible for our household.

This is a great TV providing extra Christmas, Klarity of the TV screen. Flexibility with lighting and sound control is exactly what we wanted. This TV was a great purchase and we got it on sale too. Purchasing from Best Buy, with total tech membership, provides additional protection and insurance as a benefit. This is a bonus. We did add a Samsung sound bar for better listening experience.

Our Samsung QLED TV has a clear, sharp image far better than the Samsung plasma TV we previously owned. This is important to us since we stream all content that we watch. I would highly recommend this series!

Great resolution. Wide variety of apps available. Manufacture warranty came in clutch. Game mode is a plus. Feel like I might’ve over spent though.

Overall, this TV is very good quality without breaking the bank too much. The visuals are wonderful as well as the sound quality. I only really had issues the remote occasionally glitching. The volume buttons sometimes don’t go up or down and it required muting the tv in order for it to function accordingly. Some of the navigation is a little confusing or tricky to work through at first but then it becomes easier to understand

Great TV, stunning picture, everything works well, and my new pastime of streaming is alot of fun. Local Best Buy salesman was very helpful, re: set-up issues, but don't try to get support on the phone, waste of time (bounced between 4 different people, who had no technical knowledge, whatsoever, despite the fact that's what I requested). Samsung is a terrific product, best out there, IMO, and I really like Best Buy, too, as long as it's in person, and not on the phone. They ship pretty fast, and with no shipping charges, by the way.

Picture is great, however navigating with the pitiful remote is despicable. Hooking up traditional powered speakers is also disgusting. No sound outputs except for optical which requires a DAC Unit. Once this is done, its very difficult to sync. While this TV has excellent streaming features, I would not purchase again. No instructions!

I've had several Samsung TVs over the years. This has a great picture, excellent navigation/remote, and pretty good sound (on "Amplify" setting). I'm amazed by the colors and clarity, and the blacks are super-deep. Good value for the price, easy to set up - I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. (Also good job Best Buy on the quick and well-communicated delivery.)

Good picture!! It is a bit difficult to get used to using the solar remote. More detailed printed material should be provided in regards to the operation of the remote. I realize there is a manual provided in the help section on the TV but I prefer having the printed page to follow when trying the unfamiliar functions of the remote.

Great picture. Easy to get around the menu. Good features. Like setting the time to turn off at a certain time. Have other Samsung TV's and all work well.

Good tv for a bright room. Sound quality is above average, a lot of flexibility to change sound quality to fit your needs. Bluetooth is a great feature.

This tv has a great picture and I am very satisfied with my new 50” Samsung. Great colors as well.

Got this for my bedroom after the Insignia died on me. Samsung is best.

I love this TV. It has the clearest picture. It also has the non-glare screen which makes viewing all the better because the TV sits close to a window. The colors are outstanding. I would definitely buy another.

Qled is okay for starter tv nowadays. But the controls of the samsung interfered with the receiver i have set up with my speakers. It doesnt respond so well.

Good quality TV with a crisp picture. 50" fits in our smaller space just right. Bought it during the Black Friday sale. Got a great deal. Samsung quality. Would recommend.
