Extremely happy with this product. Makes everything a great experience, Whether its watching a movie, playing video games or watching a football game. The 51" screen was definitely a "Best Buy", even the wholesaler we checked out couldn't beat the price!!!

this television was a great buy, excellent price and it looks and sounds great. nioce big screen for movies, video games and t.v. shows. the sound is also very good, does not sound muffled at all like other flat screens.

Great picture and size. The low price is so low now it is a steal. To bad they stopped production, get them while you can. I have purchased three of these. I have had one for a year.

We don't have another Dish connection, so we use it with Roku streaming. I am watching all the tv shows that I haven't seen and love it. The plasma picture is clear and crisp compared to our LED tv, which still has a great picture. I want to get a sound bar with wireless bass and satellite speakers just to enhance the sound. The sound is good without it, but action movies will sound even better!! It is in our basement, dimmable lights, and a single window with a room darkening shade. Every Friday is movie night for the kids and they won't use our 32" tube tv anymore. I am not a videophile, but enjoy a clean picture where the colors are defined without blurs or pixelated. This tv is only 1-1/2 months old, but it lives up to the previous reviews. I got a mount that could handle up to 110 pounds even though this tv only weighs 39lbs.

Perfect for games movies and sports. We have in our basement and the family spends more time down there now. Clear picture. Great sound. Easy set up. Wish we had bought three more.

This is a nice tv for the price.the picture is good but not great as it it only 720 not 1080i.Overall if you were not used to 1080 you would think the picture was awesome , good picture GREAT price.

Bought this tv based on the recommendation of the wirecutter (thewirecutter.com). Very nice picture. Don't let the apparent lack of brightness in the store fool you. Great contrast, deep blacks and accurate color in a room that is relatively dim. Biggest drawback is there are only 2 HDMI ports. We had a Samsung plasma prior to this one but the panel only really last 5 years before it began to go out. Not a huge deal as the picture was still watchable but I hope to get more life out of this one. For the amount Best Buy is charging for this TV, you absolutely can't go wrong.

As with all my samsung tvs the picture is great. Meets all my expectations for the price range I was looking for. Didn't want the extra bells and whistles for a secondary tv that is used mainly for gaming or kids watching tv.

We wanted a bigger TV for our living room, but not so big as to take over the room. This 51 in. is the perfect size, and it does all that we want it to do. Plenty of connections in the back. That said, we just use it as a TV - no games, internet connection needs, etc. Best Buy delivery was smooth as silk, set-up was real easy, connecting Roku, dvd player, etc. very simple. Sound quality and sound options are real good. A great TV for the money. We read lots of reviews of this size TV and Samsung and Panasonic got the highest ratings. For the price, I can't say enough good things about this Samsung TV.

Bought this TV for my parents, they absolutely loved it. First looking at the picture online I thought the bevel were large and bulky but when we opened it, bevel were small and slim looking which make the picture stand out. This TV is way better than what I expected. Again sound and picture are great, USB port helps my dad out a lot. Excused my grammar :)

Great value TV for the price. It's not loaded down with features like some TVs but that's all I wanted anyways. I have other devices that connect to the internet and my TV doesn't need to be one of them.

This is my first flat screen and I just love it. Not a lot of bells and whistles but the picture sure is great. The price was just right cause I bought it on sale but id have happily paid more.

Great tv for $385, I had a 10% off coupon. Needed a larger tv for my living room, does the job great. I did get a sound bar to increase the sound output for movies and games. No complaints!

Nice inexpensive tv. Very clear picture. Nice darks in the image. Best for rooms without a lot of sunlight because glare can be an issue.

Purchased this for a recreation room. The kids (tweens and early teens) beat on everything so I did not want to buy anything expensive. This is used mainly for xbox and wii games and the kids love it. I have an older 46" LCD Samsung in a nearby room and there is a difference between 1080 and 720. This set is certainly very good but a notch or two below the other tv's in the house with 1080 especially while watching live sporting events on FiOS. If having better picture quality is most important and you want a 51" plasma, spend a little extra for the 1080. Either way you can't go wrong with a Samsung.

Easy to set up; excellent picture quality. My son often uses it with his X-box; also use with Netflix.

I purchased this TV for a replacement 120hz 1080P Samsung LCD. Honestly, it was a great purchase for the price. Yes, i know, there are much better TVs out there, but for the price I would pay for the other TVs, I would be able to purchase MULTIPLE of these. The picture was a bit dim out of box, set it to dynamic and played around with the setting to get to perfection. Base does not swivel and there is no ethernet connectivity. Super deal!

Needed larger TV for master bedroom. Just wanted basic TV with a good picture. Didn't need all the bells & whistles. The Samsung fit the bill. Big screen and a good value. Simple set up.
