Stella design I’ve never used a vacuum of this caliber the charge and battery time is unlike any other device. I’ve owned cleans up after my two long-haired Persian purebred cats I never owned them. Recommended to all my friends in my book and tea club.

I love this vacuum! The battery is great. With the AI setting I can vacuum hard floors for 30 minutes and still have a 75% charge. I also love the light. It’s amazing how much dirt it gets on wood floors. I have a robot that’s great for grass and stuff but this is better for overall cleaning.

I loved this vacuum at first LOVED it. And then 2 weeks after owning it, doing a light quick job in the bedroom the floor piece just broke and turned upside down and is unusable. I tried to fix it. Convenient it was the day after my best buy return window closed. For this price thats so unacceptable its insane. I still dont understand how it even broke like it did. I picked it up to move to a different area and just snap. How.

Pros Self-emptying Quieter than expected Automatically adjusts to surface Swappable battery Adjustable length Doesn’t clog easy with hair Dual rollers prevent dirt from being thrown out Washable filter Floor cleaner includes light to help highlight debris Can do both carpet and hard surfaces with one head Auto empty dock keeps things clean and dust free Cons Rattles on carpet Unbalance weight Hair usually gets stuck in dust bin door when emptying AI mode doesn’t clean very deep Only about 25 minutes of runtime on carpet Long charge time Front soft roller isn’t powered No storage for accessories Base station requires purchasing dust bags Design and Features The Samsung Bespoke Jet Ai Cordless Stick Vacuum is the update version of the same name with the addition of Ai. The Ai function is only supported by the primary powerhead. It is supposed to be more powerful and smarter than its predecessor. The overall design is clean and simplistic mostly consisting of black plastic with silver accents. Included accessories are an adjustable telescopic tube, power head, pet powerhead, adjustable crevice tool, and brush tool. Each accessory can get used with or without the telescopic tube. The dock functions as storage for the vacuum, telescopic tube, and main powerhead. Strangely there is no storage for the other accessories. The main powerhead does not specify if it has any hair detangle function. The soft front roller is unpowered. There is also a white headlight on the front. While the vacuum contains a washable and reusable filter, the auto empty dock has paper filters. Usage and Performance Out box setup is straightforward. Just place the vacuum on the dock to charge. Everything is assembled. One thing not well documented is that the vacuum supports SmartThings. There is a QR code on the base of the dock that you can scan to set it up. That said, functionality is very limited so if you don’t set it up you aren’t missing much. Within SmartThings you can only trigger an empty of the vacuum, see the diagnostics status of the vacuum, and set the default vacuum mode. Unlike previous generations of the vacuum, the dock now opens the dustbin and closes it after emptying. Previous generations would not close the dustbin. While it is a small change it is appreciated as it keeps dust. Of all the features the auto empty dustbin is probably the standout. Unlike other stick vacuums, the Bespoke Jet empties the vacuum for you in a sealed environment. About the only glitch is when hair is emptied from the dustbin it tends to get caught and hangs out of the seal of the vacuum. The only slight downside is that the dock uses paper filters but considering the alternative would be to dump a dustbin into a trashcan and make a mess using a paper filter makes sense. Overall, the dock is handy with the exception being that putting the vacuum on the dock from the back is slightly awkward. Using the vacuum is a simple two step process. Turn on the vacuum and choose the power level. The settings using the main powerhead are Low, AI, Mid, Max, and Jet. One the main powerhead it starts at AI and the other tools start at medium. When using Ai there is a brief delay before the vacuum realizes the switch between surfaces and changes speed. Calling the auto mode Ai seems a bit of a stretch. During usage it only seems to have two modes. Hard surfaces on Ai defaults to what sounds like low and carpeted surfaces it switches what sounds like Mid. At no point did Ai ever automatically switch to anything above Mid regardless of surface or how dirty it was. If you were thinking could vacuum carpets for the full 100 minutes shown in the specs, you are out of luck. That time is the maximum runtime which you can achieve using one of the smaller attachments on low. On hard surfaces using low it can last about 60 minutes and carpet about 30 minutes. On Jet using the main power head runtime drops to 13 minutes. Charging takes about 4 hours unless you want to purchase another battery to swap out. For regular cleanup the Ai mode works reasonably well and picks up most things on the first past. Anything like embedded hair or loose dirt will either take multiple passes or manually switching to a manually to a higher mode. Loose dirt on hard floors is also where the Bespoke Jet Ai could do much better. While the soft front roller does an excellent job of preventing small particles from being throw away while from the main roller while cleaning hard floors, a powered front roller would have made it far more effective. As it stands it often takes two passes to pick up certain types of dirt from hard floors or carpet. The front light comes in handy for this as it helps make any leftover particles more visible as their shadow is visible. With that said, it is still nice to have one powerhead that works well on both carpet and hard floors. The vacuum was also relatively quiet for all modes compared to how loud stick vacuums typically are. The telescopic tube has 4 length adjustments, although you can only dock it in the shortest. In our family everyone preferred to use the maximum length. On shorter lengths the angle seemed too steep when holding it and it felt difficult to push the vacuum against carpet. Regardless of length, the vacuum would have an odd rattle only on carpet. It sounded like loose plastic and seemed as if it was the telescopic tube that was rattling. Regardless of where the sound came from, the rattling sound and shaking did make the vacuum feel a little less premium. The crevice too also has two length adjustments which is unusual but also appreciated to help get behind furniture. The pet tool uses a rubberized wheel instead of brush wheel to clean up. While the main powerhead doesn’t seem to collect much pet hair, the pet tool doesn’t seem to collect any and does a good job of removing hair quickly and other debris for small spot cleanups. Final Thoughts With so many options in stick vacuums it is becoming harder to stand out. While the Bespoke Jet Ai Cordless Vacuum has some quirks and possibly gimmicky features it does a respectable job of cleaning up. The auto empty dock is what really makes the difference. If you are looking for a cordless stick vacuum and like the idea of not emptying a dustbin only to make a mess doing so, the Samsung Bespoke Jet Ai Cordless Stick Vacuum might be a good fit.

Innovation from Samsung – Enter the JET AI

Typically, I begin reviews focused on the product/technology, today for the first time I am side stepping for a moment to share my family’s first response to the Jet AI. My family has the opportunity to use cutting edge advanced technology devices daily, the point here is they are not easily impressed. That changed when we received the Jet AI Vacuum cleaner. After unpackaging and getting the system setup, they were literally pumped and excited to get their hands on the new vacuum. No sooner did I have it together and charged my wife “borrowed” it and vacuumed the entire home. Next my teen son vacuumed his room (not typical) and his Gaming PC filters. He then strolled into my office with the Jet AI asking if I needed anything cleaned. My best guess is that my wife and son are very impressed and had great fun with our new home appliance. I too am very impressed with the new Samsung Bespoke Jet AI vacuum. When I first saw a picture of Jet AI on Best Buy’s site I was thinking it’s a bit big, with the docking station. The Jet AI looks fantastic, the style, the look is as close to art imaginable in a home appliance. My wife had me set the Docking Station and vacuum up in corner of living room. Looks good. In terms of performance the Jet AI exceeds the looks, it is as powerhouse, more so than any vacuum I have used, and we have a few high-end vacuums to select from, six in all. Smart Controls “The easy-to-read digital display provides performance status and maintenance alerts. It also shows how much run time you have left so you don’t run out of power mid-clean.” Five Power Settings: - Min - AI - Mid - Max - Jet Find that running on AI it does a great job tuning the performance based on environment. This comes in handy I am sure in delivering effective battery usage which obviously extends range of usage as well as being energy efficient. Running on AI we average 30-minute runtime. Extra batteries are available. Notes: - Easy, straightforward setup and use - SmartThings APP - monitors device status - diagnostics - history - Usage Guide - Bright LED lights on front at floor height – brilliant (pun intended) - Telescoping Wand and Crevice Tool – Reaches completely under bed - Active Dual Brush adjust and cleans both carpet and hard floors - Pet Hair Tool – A beast when it comes to pet hair - Excellent Warranty - 5-stage, Cyclonic, HEPA system “filters and traps up to 99.999%5 of microdust particles” - Automatic cleaning and self-diagnosis (notifies if clogs needs to be addressed) - Maneuverable and lightweight - Handle design fits hand very well – comfortable grip - Quite operation Self-Emptying system built into docking station which runs automatically when you dock the vacuum. Really like this feature, no more frequently removing canisters and emptying debris into another bag to dispose of in the trash. Jet AI also comes with seven Clean Station Dust Bags which Samsung states will last two years. Wife’s comments include “It’s the best vacuum I have” and “This is the only one I’ll be using.” Samsung’s newest Innovation is not Evolution of tech, it is a Revolution of a technological leap, in a Home Appliance. Brilliant.

    Corded Vac Performance!

I’ve used many vacuum cleaners and upright vacuums over several decades, and this is the best I have ever used. By far the quietest too. It comes with a multi-surface power-head, a power-head for cleaning pet hair off of upholstery and carpet, a brush that extends, a crevice tool that extends and an extension tube that extends. A pedestal base that automatically empties the vacuum and charges it when you hang it on it to store it. High points: Very quiet for a vacuum cleaner AI varies suction and power-head speed automatically when you change cleaning surfaces. Feels well made and well balanced. Easy to grip and light weight for its size. Easy to install and remove the included attachments and they fit snugly. Easy to extend and retract the attachments that do so. Easy to operate and easy to read status display. Does an excellent job keeping dust in the vacuum, no pre filter air leaks. Does a very good job cleaning smooth floors as well as carpet in AI mode. Even medium pile carpet. Stand / Dock does an excellent job emptying the vacuum automatically. Display tells run time left at the current speed setting. Can be used with or without the app. Integrates with Samsung Smartthings app. App setup is very easy. Looks modern and stylish Base feels sturdy and stable. Yes, it’s a bit heavy and that’s good. Base empties the vacuum quickly and thoroughly into a replaceable disposable bag. 5 stage Filtration. Very long battery life on the lowest settings. Many Optional accessories available. Multi Surface Power-Head has a bright headlight. 2 year battery warranty Could be better: Base is pretty loud when emptying the vacuum. At this price point, it should come with a stand or caddy for the included accessories and 2 batteries. The glossy plastic over the display is scratched just by a finger swipe. See photo. It checks almost all of the boxes you could want in a stick vac. However, it’s not going to replace a shop vac or any vacuum with a hose. Unless Samsung decides to add a hose to the optional accessories. I hope that they do that and add a shoulder strap too. That would be great!! I had no problems with it on any floor surface I used it on. Occasionally it would kick a small piece of dry cat food forward, but it would get it every time when I pulled it back over it. Two things I really like is that it’s light and quiet. It’s easy to navigate around things and the power-head fits under most furniture. It’s easy to swap attachments. You can take off the power-heads and clean them with the vacuum itself, and the roller and felt parts. You can take the power-head apart to clean it. But not the pet head, from what I can tell. You can extend the extension tube even more between the vacuum power-head, pet-head, or any other attachment. You can use the power-heads without the extension tube if you want. See photos. Performance wise: I think it does an outstanding job with corded vac performance. I like how AI automatically adjusts the speed at which it operates. If it’s not performing well enough, you can always bump the speed up manually. Keep in mind that the faster it runs, the shorter the battery life. At the max setting with the multi head, I think it’s about 10 minutes at a full charge. You can use the app to track usage and energy efficiency. The battery lights up yellow when charging and green when fully charged. I never ran the battery completely down until it stopped. Most of the time it was in the 40% to 50% range when finished with an extended use. We have mostly vinyl plank flooring and it doesn’t consume much energy to vacuum that. I do have some short nap rugs in other rooms and downstairs, and some medium pile carpet in a room downstairs. Vacuuming all of that plus upstairs took it to 38% in AI mode. Run time will depend on what kind of floor surfaces you are using it on, mode(s) used and so on. Before getting the vacuum, I let the floors get dirtier than I usually do. I wanted to give it a good workout. Before writing the review, I used the vacuum as much as I could to see how dirty the canister got, how well the base emptied it and kept it clean. See photos. I was very impressed that the canister looked like new after several big jobs. It did have a little trouble with some cat fur and took two emptyings to get it, but it did! If you look hard enough, there’s some dust in it, but you have to look hard. I used it to vacuum the return box behind my air filter to test it on super fine and some pet hair that had accumulated. This vacuum is so easy to use you’ll hunt for places and ways to use it. The multi surface head had a little dirt on it after use, but it’s easy to remove the head and vacuum it off. I think this thing is very well designed. Another thing I want to add is my 88 year old mother lives with my wife and me, and she literally has an upright vacuum cleaner fetish. She has had so many over the years that I lost count long ago. She couldn’t wait to give it a try. She loves it! She wrote down what she liked best about it which is about the same as what I stated above. She liked that the base emptied the vac’s dirt canister and it’s much cleaner than manually emptying into a trashcan. She liked that the attachments were easy to change because she has a little arthritis in her right hand. She loved the weight and it’s easy to hold. She was amazed at how quiet it was. Conclusion: It exceeded my expectations and my wife’s and mother’s too. Highly recommended!

I received my Samsung BeSpoke AI Cordless Stick Vacuum and it was wonderfully packaged. Included is the Vacuum - Auto Empty Clean Station - Anti-Tangle Pet Tool - Crevice Tool - Combination Tool and 7 Clean Station Dust Bags. After unpacking I scanned the QR Code to register the product and created a Samsung account. Then I proceeded to put it together, which was a breeze. When you first power it on, after fully charging, there is a digital display on the handle that asks what language and shows you how much time is remaining on the charger, which changes depending on which mode you are running it in. I love that feature. You will also find maintenance info there as well, when needed. This vacuum has the new HexaJet 2.0 motor and 5 different settings for cleaning. They are the AI -MIN - MID - MAX and JET. The JET mode uses all the 280AW of suction power but it will drain your battery the fastest. For myself, when I was using the JET mode on carpet, I did find myself struggling to move it. Yes, it's THAT powerful. Anyway after trying them all out I decided to keep it on the MID mode which was perfect all around in my case. It has LED lights across the front of the power head which I find so very helpful in spotting things I might not have otherwise. It's not an overly loud vacuum cleaner either and as I have sensitive ears that was an added plus. I do want to note that depending on the floor type the sound will change if using the AI mode with the quietest being on hardwood or laminate. There is a 5-layer filtration trapping of up to 99.999% of microdust particles. Great for us with pesty allergies! The AI mode also adjusts the suction to the type of floor you have. I have 2 large flat wool braided rugs, 3 rooms of carpet and the rest of my 3,000 sq ft home is laminate. You can definitely feel and hear whenever a flooring change is detected. That is the beauty of AI. I did get my whole house vacuumed and still had battery charge left so that was awesome. This vacuum is very easy to handle as well. Lightweight and gets up under things nicely. Now the fun part! There is a cleaning station, which also is your attractive, sturdy stand to hold the cleaner. Mine is the satin black color. When I was finished I placed the clear debris holder on top and WHOOSH ~ everything in it was swirled away instantly inside one of the dust bags. Amazing to watch! Since Samsung gives you 7 bags in all they say, depending on your usage of course, the 7 bags should last up to 2 years. They are easily removed and placed in as well. I have 2 cats and this cleaner picked up any hair when I attached the included Pet Tool. Worked wonderfully! There is a straight line light across the top front that is yellow when it's charging and turns green when fully charged. Easy to see at a glance, very nice. This definitely is a very high end vacuum with some outstanding features. It's perfect for the elite buyer that wants the best of the best. You're sure to get it with the purchase of this Samsung Bespoke AI vacuum. I love mine!

Samsung has updated their line of Bespoke vacuum cleaners so we decided to give the Jet Ai stick vacuum a try as we have not tried one of their vacuums yet, “we have their phones, refrigerators, stove, microwave and dishwasher” so why not add to the family. Unboxing: The vacuum arrived in a heavy brown cardboard box, nothing to it really, just a heavy walled box, and inside the vacuum was cradled in a very thick Styrofoam cradle which protected it from all the abuse shipping caused. Inside were the main unit/head, telescoping tube, power brush head, powered pet tool, combination tool, extendable crevice tool, the Clean Station, extra bags “6 in this case” and user manual. Setting up: Most everything came pre-assembled and all we had to do is set up the Clean Station, snap the telescopic tube into the main unit, slide on the battery, and attach the power head. We found a spot where the Clean Station would be sitting, plugged it in “one dust bag was already installed”, and placed the vacuum on the station and waited for it to charge. While waiting for that I was surprised that our Samsung phones picked it up immediately and asked to add it to the Samsung Smart Things app, which we both did, it also connected to our Wi-Fi network without a hitch. You’ll really want to use the app or go to the Samsung website and get the online manual there as the one included will get you up and running and that’s about it. Use: Use is very simple, same with any stick vacuum, what’s nice is the controls are very simple, a On/Off button and two for +/- suction control, “it sets itself to AI automatically when turning on”. Be have multiple other stick vacuums and we both agreed that this one is the quietest one of them all which was very surprising “also made us concerned about suction power”. There’s a very bright headlight on the power head which is very welcome and makes it very easy to see dirty areas that are dimly lit or just to see where you’ve been. Cleaning power is great, “our house is 1/3 carpet, 1/3 tile, 1/3 wood” and on the solid surfaces it is very easy to push around. The power head is smaller “width wise”, than our other stick vacuums making it very easy to get in around chairs and tables although it does take more passes when cleaning larger areas. Now on carpet, this one is much harder to push around than the others, and part of that reason is due to the suction power of the narrower head, it really pulls it down into the carpet and you must work more at it to move it around. The extendable tube helps with that a lot, we found that if you extend the tube to its maximum “or close to” length that gives you more of an angle to push against making it quite a bit easier. We do like that the dust bin is on top “all our others are on the bottom or surrounding the middle”, this give it enough room to lay almost flat and get way underneath objects “and the headlighs let you see what you are doing”, you can also rotate the main unit 90 degrees so that it lays even flatter against the floor. Using the included accessories is a breeze and the small powered “pet” attachment works great for cleaning up the sofa, chairs, and even our mattress. The extendable crevice tool really extends out quite a bit making it the longest crevice tool we have, which is really welcome when trying to get into tight places like next to the refrigerator or washer/dryer. There’s also a combination tool that you can go from a brush to a rigid head very quickly and is good to use you don’t need the power brush attachment. You can also hook any of the attachments directly to the main unit without the extension tube attached making it very easy to use as a hand vacuum. Suction power really impressed us both, even with it being the quietest of the ones we have it was able to pull more really fine AZ dust out of the carpet even though we had gone over everything with one of the others beforehand. And the AI always adjusted what level it needed without either of us having to manually adjust it. Once finished all you have to do is set the vacuum on the Clean Station and let it do it’s thing. The station powers up sucking all the debris out of the vacuum and does some pulses to make sure it gets everything out. Once it’s finished there’s a little lever that comes out and closes the dustbin lid and continues charging the battery for next use. Maintenance: Maintenance is very easy and with the Clean Station you just have to replace the dust bag when needed, then there are two filters that you can remove and “shake out” over a trash receptacle, the manual doesn’t say if these are washable so we will just do that. Then there are two washable filters in the main unit. The first one is in the dustbin and all you do is snap the bin off and pull out the filter for washing. The second one takes a little more work to get out as you have to flip open a rubber cover on the main pistol grip handle, loosen a spring loaded “captured” screw, remove the computer/display, then rotate that filter out for cleaning. I was surprised by all the steps to get this one out but you won’t be cleaning this one very often, and with its design, if something does happen to the display / computer portion of the main unit it would be very easily changed out by the consumer. Conclusion: We really like this new model Bespoke Jet AI vacuum, the way they designed it and how it sits in the Clean Station really makes it look neat enough to where you don’t need to hide it from anyone seeing it. The self-emptying stations makes it so much easier to clean out the vacuum “nothing to it”, just let it keep filling up the dust bag inside the station until it tells you it needs to be changed “on the app”. The battery has plenty of runtime to go over all of our 2k+ sqft home with charge to spare. Getting an extra battery and charging cradle would be advised if you need more runtime as ours always showed around 40 minutes sice it was switching speeds for carpet and bare floor. Overall this new Bespoke Jet AI performed flawlessly, had more than plenty of suction “somewhat more than the others even being quieter by a good bit”, plus it’s very easy to clean and maintain. I’d definitely be checking out this new vacuum if you are in the market for a new one.

Great vacuum but no dedicated hardwood soft roller

Samsung claims the Bespoke Jet AI’s “Active Dual Brush,” is able to safely clean all flooring types, reducing brush changes between rooms. This may be true, but after feeling its stiff bristles I’m skeptical. This brush is too similar to vacuum beater brushes we were previously warned not to use on hardwood. The only real difference here is a non-motorized soft roller in front of the main roller with a strip each of stiff and soft bristles. That’s not something, rotating at any speed, I’m comfortable experimenting with on my hardwood floors. I ordered the optional Bespoke Soft Action Brush for hardwood and vinyl floors but with the Bespoke being “top of the line,” it seems this should be included too. In fact, in previous years it looks like it was. My house predominately has hardwood floors, but I do have a few carpeted rooms and my kitchen and bathrooms are tile, so this is where I use it until the soft roller arrives. I’ll summarize my Bespoke Jet AI experience in those rooms, but first a quick run down of what’s included, build quality, and set up. In The Box & Build Quality: In addition to the dual brush, included is the automated cleaning station and dust bags (one pre-installed and six extra), battery, non-flexible extension tube, pet brush, crevice tool, and combination tool. The standout here is the self-cleaning stand Samsung calls the “Clean Station”. This is the first reason to buy this model. Dock the vacuum and the dust canister contents is sucked into a disposable bag inside the cleaning station. Sometimes the canister doesn’t completely empty but, still, the experience is a vast improvement to models with manual emptying and lead to dust inhalation. Bags should be changed every couple of months if not filled sooner for sanitary reasons. Once you exhaust the included set of bags a five pack is around $40. The Bespoke has multiple filters, so, yes, there is still some maintenance required by either replacing or rinsing them from time-to-time. The online manual offers those details as will the on-board screen when the time comes. The included battery is beefy. Samsung states runtimes between 100 and 16 minutes depending on the attachment connected and the cleaning strength selected. The 900 sq ft of space where I use the Bespoke with the dual brush attached about 25% of the battery is consumed, per session, using mixed power levels. So a single charge should handle a complete cleaning of the average 2500 sq ft home. The compact pet brush is worth a note too. It should do a tangle-free job cleaning up pet hair. I don’t have a pet myself, but I do have a car, it’s excellent for that purpose too in conjunction with the crevice and combination tools. My scale reported 4lb 3oz for the Bespoke with battery. The battery alone is about 1lb 4oz. That’s light for a high-end stick vac and it’s no problem to haul upstairs (I’m not “built”). Where the weight fights me is hand holding when car cleaning. I tilt the nozzle to the floor, but the battery’s weight is pulling in the opposite direction. It’s like a seesaw with a feather on one side and a rock on the other. Fit, finish, and feel are what I expect of a premium flagship product. Nothing about the Bespoke feels or looks inferior. All the switches have a good tactile feel, neither wobbly nor too stiff and the on-board info screen is easy to read. It’s not color like some competitors, but this screen isn’t meant to be eye-candy. It does the job informing the user of the mode and battery life left when running, the charge % when charging, as well as alerting to parts that need cleaning or replacement. The Clean Station design is sleek yet unassuming. The one complaint I have here is there is no place to store attachments. Awkward. Set up is intuitive. Attach the battery to the Bespoke, plug in the cleaning station, drop the Bespoke into the cleaning station to charge. There is also an available no-fee app, but I did not install it. My experience with other appliances is these offer more ads for subscriptions and services than additional device features to be worth the effort of setting up. Plus, my router has enough IoT devices to tend to already. In Use: The Bespoke AI Jet is fierce, certainly the most powerful stick vac I’ve tried. Ironically, this isn’t always a positive in my use. Paired with the dual brush or other powered attachments, the Bespoke offers five suction levels when used with the Dual Brush: AI, Min, Mid, Max, Jet. I tested all these out on my tile floors and Berber carpet. AI mode is essentially “automatic.” It senses the flooring type then selects the suction level. (AI is not available with non-motorized attachments like the crevice tool. I’m not really sure exactly what’s “new” here as my much older stick vac also has a similar “automatic” feature. On my Berber carpet, AI suction is so strong it’s a workout pushing it around. Only changing suction to “min” eases it up here, but it still doesn’t glide like my older stick vac. My experience was similar on a thin wool floor rug. However, unlike every other stick vac I’ve ever tried, the “min” level has good suction, so no problem. On tile the Bespoke is smoother at all suction levels. I leave it mostly on AI, with an occasional burst of Jet. Jet mode easily handles stubborn cobwebs and heavy food bits that other vacuums don’t have quite enough in them to fully capture. But even with a full battery this mode can only be sustained for a couple minutes. On both carpet and tile dual brush has good, not perfect, edge-to-edge cleaning for dust and debris. For cleaning baseboards and moldings, I bring out the crevice and combination tool. Unfortunately, there is no way to clip these on the extension tube like some other stick vacs for easy carry room-to-room. That’s annoying for a top-of-the-line model. The dual brush’s integrated LED light is a new feature for me and a great assistant to catch missed spots. Noise-wise, standing directly behind the Bespoke, the noise app on my watch reported 68 decibels in “min” mode and then jumped about 2dB with each succeeding level. Conclusion: The Bespoke Jet AI is an impressive vacuum that beats or is on par with every other stick vac available. The Clean Station is what separates it from its competitors. Unfortunately, the Bespoke has an Achille’s heel, given its top-of-the line status that, to me, stops it short of 5-star greatness: the exclusion of the soft roller for hardwood & vinyl floors. If you only have carpet and tile, the included cleaning station and suction power makes it easy to be a top option. If you have delicate flooring too, then you’ll have to decide if you trust Samsung’s claim about the beater brush being safe to use long term, or else budget for the soft roller too. As I mentioned, I’ll be buying the soft roller. Cheap “insurance.” Refinishing floors is a pain and a lot more expensive.

Samsung knows how to make quality electronics. It also knows how to make good vacuum cleaners. I’m not quite sold on this one 100% though. The Bespoke brand suggests extremely high end finishes and innovation. Upon opening the box and assembling the unit, I felt no soft touch surfaces and a whole lot of plastic feel. That was disappointing because pictures and videos conveyed a different type product. Assembly is super easy! All the pieces click together intuitively, and there isn’t much need for instructions. The filter and waste bag are already in place on the stand, and three extras are included in the box. I have read of difficulty in ordering those, so I’d suggest ordering well ahead of when you need them. The bags are tiny, keep that in mind. The vacuum itself is quite heavy, but it packs a lot of power and ample attachments. It is not light and easy to use as a handheld. Other brands do this form factor better and a couple pounds lighter, but the pet hair attachment is FABULOUS. I wish the unit was lighter because it is superior at removing fur and fuzz from seating surfaces. The led screen with a clear reading of how much longer the battery has left is a great feature. Anyone who has misjudged their cordless vac timing will appreciate that! It also tells the percentage of charge when the unit is docked and charging. The dock reminds me of a slender trash bin, and it’s not covert. It’s a vacuum dock that looks like a trash receptacle and it’s large. I had a slimmer profile in mind. This not something tuck in a corner where no one will notice. It’s a big vacuum cleaner that happens to be black and sleek. I ended up putting ours in the data closet and using the outlet in there. I do not find it more convenient than a wall mount form factor. The self cleaning function has worked every time I used it and docked the vacuum. Nothing to do but let it run! No dust to leak out or trap doors to fiddle with. It just works. One big drawback is that you cannot dock when it’s in handheld mode. I use that mode a lot, and it’s cumbersome to lug the whole heavy unit off the stand, remove the long floor attachment, and attach the handheld nozzle you want to use. Then when you’re done, remove the nozzle, reattach the long floor piece, then dock it. Based on the suction, length of charge, self cleaning, and led info, I would recommend. But Samsung needs to really work on this form a bit more to shave off the weight and convenience.

Overall, I have to say that this is a great stick vacuum! With no cord and no mess, the auto-emptying feature makes it an almost perfect package. The features are definitely slick and high-tech, and I only found a couple of things that Samsung could improve upon with this awesome product. The Samsung Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick Vacuum with Clean Station® is built with premium materials, and feels high quality; from the vacuum to the Clean Station, everything looks futuristic and well made. The power of the vacuum is impressive, and it effortlessly picked up dust, pet hair, and debris while I used it throughout my house. This particular model uses AI to determine what type of suction is required at any given moment, although you can override this feature if needed. I have tested it on carpet, wood, area rugs, and tile floors, and it did a great job of figuring out what speed worked best for each material. It also works great on stairs, since the telescoping handle can be shortened or lengthened as needed, and it is cordless. The included attachments work well at reaching even harder to access areas of my home. When I’m done, I just set the device into the Clean Station which also functions as a emptying receptacle for the handheld vacuum. As I mentioned earlier, the auto emptying feature is pretty neat, as it is done when docking the vacuum, and deposits the handheld’s dust and debris into the Clean Station’s bag. While it may technically just be emptying the trash, it’s a fun process to watch, and it keeps the handheld unit clean and ready to use at all times. My model came with 3 bags, and they were easy enough to install. This model also came with one battery, which lasts long enough for me to work around the house. I do like that the vacuum displays the remaining battery time on a small screen, so you are always aware of how much longer you can clean. One of the biggest downsides I’ve found is that this device is not packed with instructions that are adequate for setup and use. There is a QR code you can scan, but this just brings up a lackluster video with no explicit instructions. I was able to search on the Samsung website for this model and found the full manual, which helped me immensely with setup, and showed me how to change the bag as needed. After reading the instructions, it does appear that there are several filters that will need to be changed and/or cleaned, so keep that in mind when considering this vacuum. Another possible downside is the weight of the handheld unit. Due to the robust built quality and premium materials, this vacuum does weigh a fair bit when used with one hand, and I felt that it might be too heavy to comfortably vacuum the ceiling. This does not bother me much, as I'd rather have the product be made well and heavy than the opposite. Still, it could become cumbersome after vacuuming for an extended period of time. Samsung has made a cool piece of tech that is certainly useful for keeping your home clean and can be used easily on a wide range of surfaces. The biggest downside is the lack of proper instructions included in the packaging, which I feel could be easily remedied in future variants. As for the weight, I’m not sure if it could realistically become any lighter, as I suspect they would have to use cheaper components to achieve this. Additionally, while it is not the lightest stick vacuum I've ever used, I didn't find it to be difficult to clean with for an extended period. If you’re looking for a new vacuum that can handle just about any job in your home, the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick Vacuum with Clean Station® should definitely be at the top of your list.

    Top-of-the-line AI Stick Vacuum

I have been looking forward to trying the new Samsung Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick Vacuum with Clean Station for a while. This vacuum does not disappoint, it's small, light and packs plenty of suction power and options into its small stature. The Clean Station is also a game changer in both function and design. Most stick vacuums need to be leaned against an object or hung in a mounted rack. With this Samsung Bespoke Clean Station, it’s simple to just drop the vacuum into the Clean Station so the dustbin is emptied, and it also acts as a very modern stand. It's also super versatile and can be used as a standard upright vacuum for floors, as a handheld for the car or boat and also works as a long-reach handheld unit for reaching those tough spots like curtains, spider webs in the ceiling corners or around windows, etc. In the Box: The cordless Jet AI vacuum, Clean Station charger/cleaner, Pet Tool+, Extension Crevice Tool, Combination Tool, and 4 Clean Station™ Dust Bags. The vacuum is well packaged and is easy to assemble, it took all of 5 minutes to unbox and setup. The battery came with a 30% charge, so I connected the charger stand/Clean Station and charged it overnight. Performance: The Samsung Bespoke AI worked beyond expectations; we have 2,500 sqft. of living space with a combination of carpets, area rugs and hardwood floor…and it was up to the task on all surfaces. The weight is very good at a listed weight of 6.3 lbs. The power is stronger than any cordless stick vacuum used previously, yet the operating sound is impressive. The fully charged battery easily covered the entire house and still had over 30% battery life left. At this point, I used all of the included tools and did just about a whole car before the battery was exhausted. Swapping out the different tools is a “snap” and makes for getting every nook and cranny effortless. The Cleaning Station is a real game changer when looking to empty the dust bin. Simply place the vacuum in the Clean Station and it automatically opens the dust bin door and suctions out the dust and particles. No fuss, no muss! There will be an added cost for replacement bags, but it is so worth it! The station also serves as the charging station. It’s modern design allows for the station to be used around the house instead of being hidden in a closet. It just needs a plug within distance. Pros: - Very modern design and well build - Adjustable length/height wand - Size/Weight - vacuum is small and light which makes for easy handling and getting it up and down stairs, for car/boat use and taking to job sites. - Suction Power - this thing really sucks! In a good way of course! I used it all over my home and car. - Battery Life – Samsung claims 60 minutes, and although I’m yet to get there, it’s pretty darn close. It can easily handle our entire home with a single charge. - Versatility - Can be used in so many different ways, it's like having 3 or 4 different vacuums! - AI technology for cleaning all surfaces - Clean Station is an absolute game changer! Cons: - Battery – At this price point, a backup battery would be nice All-in-all the Samsung Bespoke AI Stick Vacuum is just what I was after in terms of size, performance and quality construction. I would certainly recommend this vacuum to friends with pets….or kids! It’s easy to use and can’t say enough good things about the Clean Station.

    Best Vacuum I've ever owned

How to begin this love story? LOL. If you don't want to read this review then I'll cut it short for.you, this is the best vacuum I've ever owned. Period. So go buy it. I've had many many Dysons, which till now has been a favorite. I've also owned Tineco and Shark (only 1, you can figure out why) and Hoovers when I was younger. Dyson and Tineco are both really good brands and really good vacuums, but this Samsung Bespoke beat both those vacuum in one very important category for me. Being able to go from tile to carpet seamlessly. You can hear the power change every time you move the unit from tile to vacuum. Let me start by the unboxing. The unit is bigger than all my other stick vacuums. It was obvious just from the box it came in. Everything was well packaged so you know that the unit could have taken some abuse in transit and still be ok. The vacuum itself came in the usual 3 parts plus battery. You had the main engine, an extension tube and different attachments. The battery is a separate unit so it can be swapped out which I think is great. If you have a larger home, you will probably need another battery. Mine came with the main cleaning head, a smaller head that says for pets, a crevice tool and one with a brush. Also extra dump bags. Setup was a breeze, pretty self explanatory if you have ever owned a stick vacuum. The base was already assembled with a dump bag installed. After waiting for it to fully charge as per the instruction manual, this took about 30 minutes, I was excited to see what this baby could do. But as I got near the vacuum, my samsung phone notified me that it recognized the vacuum through my Samsung SmartThings app. A couple of buttons pressed later and I was able to control the suction on the dump bag and check battery status. Taking the vacuum off the stand, I noticed that this unit is much heavier than the my other vacuums. It gave me confidence that this unit is built solid and will last a long time. I can see though, that for some people with weaker hands or wrist could become fatigued after some use with this unit. But it isn't any heavier than the vacuums that I grew up with. I did a quick vacuum through my living area that is tiled to my bedroom and patio room which has a thicker carpet. The unit when change of surface recognize this and adjusted power accordingly. You can hear and feel it. I then tried it on my thick shag carpet (see photos) and you can hear all the stuff it picked up. Wow. Now, the unit did get stuck twice and it shows a notification that something is stuck on the head. I turned it off and checked and really didn't see anything other than long hairs. Turned back on and I was good to go. I think that it just got stuck on that heavy shag carpet which was understandable. After using for 10 minutes or so, playing with different speeds and surfaces, the battery indicator showed I had 74% left. I'm assuming that would be at the lowest level. Every time I changed speed when using it, the displayed would tell you how much battery is left, very cool. And what was really really great was the amount of dirt in the tank after me just messing with it. It was almost full. This showed me how powerful this vacuum is and how dirty my house actually was, LOL. I can't say how much I recommend this vacuum. It is worth the asking price.

Summary: This vacuum is absolutely amazing. It takes many steps forward but a few steps back. I would say it is good for most households and is a conversation starter as it looks like a display piece in any corner. Pros: -Style -Versatility -Self cleaning -Very effective Cons: -Heave handle -No accessory cradle -Vacuum head takes effort to push Unboxing: Inside the package you will find the unit, a storage/charging base, extra bags, the battery, a furniture accessory and a handheld cleaning accessory. Setup is a breeze. Simply attach whichever accessory you want; install the battery and you are basically good to go. I highly recommend setting it up via Wi-Fi though for full functionality. Connectivity: Setup is mainly done via Bluetooth quick pairing and Samsung SmartThings. The app is preinstalled on any Samsung phone and can be installed on other brands as well. After hooking it up to Wi-Fi, you can set it up to an assigned room. Information in the app includes charging status, status of the cleaning station, default suction power (normally AI), home care (device functionality/diagnosis), energy consumption, and emissions. Use: I first tried it out as a handheld vacuum to clean some corners. I was surprised to how heavy the device is to hold one handed. It looks like they added extra gear into the motor area of this year’s model. Though it might improve the device in some areas such as AI smarts and motor functionality, it increases weight and size. Suction is amazing at all power levels. I love using this vacuum to clean my car as it gets to every corner. After installing the floor accessory, the device AI setting works amazingly well. The setting will keep a relatively low suction level on hardwood but will ramp up power when it goes over a carpet or messy area. Using it on a carpet it is almost always at a higher suction level. Though the power control is great, I found that the floor accessory took a decent amount of effort to push and turn around corners for some reason. This could be cumbersome for larger houses. Maybe it just needs to be broken in over time but out of the box, it does require effort. After cleaning, it did an amazing job of getting a large amount of dust from the floors. This is the greatest part of the vacuum. Upon plugging it back into the charging dock, the device will automatically engage in the self-cleaning function which will clean out the dust bin and run suction through the floor accessory to try to get out any remaining debris. I am not sure how long it will take to fill up the bag, but it barely changed the amount of time that I used it. Bags are available for purchase on the Samsung website. The battery seems to hold a decent charge. On low setting, it would display around 55 minutes of vacuum time. On Jet mode, it would go down to around 17 minutes. AI settings will vary though use, but I seemed to see a readout of around 44 minutes or so. There was only one battery in the box so that might be worth considering if you keep your vacuum for a long time.

Samsung is a brand of electronics, technology, and home appliances I've come to appreciate, alongside several other brands I routinely seek out when considering a purchase. Samsung consistently creates well-made and innovative products. This Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick Vaccum with Clean Station, is one of them. Unboxing was somewhat tricky. The vacuum is packaged really, really well. Yet, getting everything setup was pretty straightforward and simple. There is no app, but there is a QR code you can scan to register the product with Samsung, and view the online user's manual. The Vacuum and Clean Station itself is modern and sleek in appearance. This is not an "old school" 'standard' style vacuum cleaner. It should certainly blend in with most people's household decor. Several key aspects were important for me. - How loud is the vacuum? In all honesty, considerably less loud than the two vacuums I currently have, which are about to be replaced by this new Samsung. So, the stronger/more powerful the suction control setting, the louder the vacuum gets. - How heavy is the vacuum to hold onto while using? It's relatively comfortable; not overly hefty. However, my experience with these handheld types of cordless vacuums is that they can be a bit unwieldly. - Emptying the dustbin is done by replacing the vacuum upon the Clean Station. The process is somewhat loud, but that's to be expected. I'm quite pleased that I no longer have to empty the dirt chamber myself, which can get messy; such as with my other handheld stick vacuums. - Changing out the dust bag is easy. I particularly like how the side cover panel on the Clean Station is held on by magnets, making it convenient to quickly access the dust bag. There is also a groove on the bottom of the Clean Station's base for wrapping around, and tucking away, any extra length of the power cord. - Several attachments are included: a pet tool (which works great for handling the dog hair left on my furniture and all over the rugs and tile floors), extension crevice tool, combination tool; along with extra dust bags. So far, I'm finding that the vacuum cleans my floors really well. I do prefer to keep the vacuum on the AI setting, as I have both carpet and tile flooring. But if I do find that I need that little 'extra boost' of suction power, I can just press the + control on the handheld. Also, depending on which suction power mode is used, this will affect battery life. I will say that, in my opinion, the cost of this Samsung Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick Vacuum with Clean Station is rather pricey, especially in comparison with other well-made, "higher quality" brands that are known for creating innovative products, as well. With that said, I'm pleased with the vacuum's performance thus far. It works just as good as it looks.

With samsung, just about everything revolves around The SmartThings ecosystem, and the bespoke jet AI stick vac isn't any different. Out of the box you get the shaft, the base primary attachment, a battery, the main motor and handle, a pet attachment, a crevice attachment, two extra dust bags, and the recharge home hub. So, assembling the unit together takes less than 2 minutes if you're familiar with stick vacs at all. Otherwise you can follow the included user guide. After assembly is complete, you plug in the recharge home hub. At the base of the home hub there is a QR code. Scan the QR code with your smartphone, and it'll add itself to your pre-existing SmartThings app (If you already have it installed of course) You can do basic things like check the battery life, empty the dust bin, and see what setting it's currently set to. Personally, except for maybe the battery life status, the app itself is pretty useless in my opinion. After your vac is charge, it's time to turn it on. You're greeted by a language option prompt. And you have a plus and a minus pair of buttons. This merely let's you toggle between power settings. There's an AI option which I'm guessing is the main focus on the marketing here. The AI setting changes power setting according to the type of surface that you're on. Also, toggling between settings lets you see remaining battery life. That's pretty useful. The build quality is pretty nice. I like that when you hang the vac onto the hub, it empties itself into the hub. The big minus here is that you'll like be spending money on extra bags. I wish that the hub itself had a removable bin where you can just empty it into a trash bin. The whole buying extra bags is a misfire in my opinion. All in all, it's almost a very basic stick vac. It looks nice, the auto empty is cool, but it doesn't feel like a step in a modern direction. The whole need to buy extra bags is also a big miss.

I've only used this vacuum for a week but my limited time with it has been a great experience. It has the power needed to accomplish everything I personally need to clean in my home. If you have a large accumulation of pet hair you might find you need multiple attempts with the self cleaning base to empty the vacuum. I went without a vacuum far a week or so while waiting for this one to be delivered so that is why I had more pet hair than usual. Since the first use the self emptying feature has worked first time. The AI feature works fine in my opinion. If more power is needed it is easily obtained by manually adjusting the speed, otherwise AI does it for you and adjusts to match surface type and maximum battery time. Not a lot of assembly so I had it ready to go in just a few minutes. The battery does not come fully charged due to shipping regulations so you will have to charge it fully before first use. For the price I really think this should come with an extra battery but I knew in advance it didn't and will have to use it awhile before deciding if I need to purchase a backup. Also there is no provision like a caddy to store the brush, crevice tool and pet hair head. I cannot comment on the pet hair head as I have yet to use it. It looks well made as it should for a vacuum in this price range. The vacuum is attractive enough to leave out of the closet. I have this sitting next to my home espresso bar and is a conversation starter... I have a built in vacuum system in my home but this will be my primary vacuum from now on. Based on limited but good results so far I can recommend this vacuum.

Improvements on an already amazing stick vacuum

I have owned the original Samsung Bespoke stick vacuum for over a year and absolutely love it. I was excited to hear that an updated version of the Bespoke Jet vacuum was being released and looked forward to what Samsung was able to improve on since we wanted another one for our second floor. Some of Samsung’s improvements you’ll notice right out of the box including the lack of a tool/accessory caddy. With the new AI model, you no longer need the caddy to charge the additional idle battery as the new, larger battery can last over an hour and a half on one charge. However, the AI’s battery is heavier and, in essence, makes the handheld portion weigh slightly more than the previous model but still well balanced while holding it. The Bespoke Jet AI is packaged with a useful telescopic suction stick, a powered dual brush cleaning head, a pet cleaning tool, a brush tool, a long reach crevice tool, three additional dust bags for the clean station and the stand up clean station. The Samsung All-In-One Clean Station appears and performs like the previous model, is relatively slim and easy to find a place in your house/apartment to stow it. If comparing the AI handheld vacuum side-by-side to the previous model as seen in the pictures I posted, you’ll notice several differences including the size as the AI is slightly larger in general. You’ll also notice Samsung changed the dust chamber internal parts adding a spiral fin-style spinning mechanism on the bottom which not only helps the air circulate and capture dust/debris but also comes into play when emptying the dust bin into the clean station as it helps spin the dust bin clear of debris. The digital display on the AI handheld is the visible notification hub which tells the user the speed/suction power, the expected battery time remaining, battery charging status when docked, any errors while operating and the maintenance guide all available is various languages. If you connect the Samsung SmartThings app on your smart device, which I recommend but is not required, you can monitor the Bespoke AI vacuum and clean station status. Regarding performance, Samsung’s most powerful stick vacuum uses a HexaJet 2.0 motor to provide up to 280 AW of suction. Perhaps the biggest change Samsung has made to its Bespoke vacuum line is adding the AI… and I don’t just mean adding a couple letters to the name. They built intelligence into the vacuum that can sense the type of flooring you are cleaning and adjust the suction power and how the active dual brushes respond to the floor. It was a bit pesky to have to manually adjust the power when going from hardwood floor to rugs however, with the AI technology, I no longer worry about it as the vacuum does it for me. It also does a much better job preventing the brushes from stalling mid-vacuuming. If it does, you simply have to turn the vacuum off and back on like the previous model. The last minor improvement I must make mention of because it has been a game changer for hard floors is the light on the front of the cleaning tool. I never knew what a difference the light would make when cleaning; now I can see all the dirt on the floor in front of the vacuum or where I have/haven’t cleaned yet. Samsung stands by their product by providing a two-year warranty on the battery, a two-year manufacturer’s warranty and a 10-year motor warranty for peace of mind. One upgrade I would like to eventually see is the ability for the vacuum to stand upright on its own when not in use. Overall, Samsung has made welcomed improvements to the Bespoke stick vacuum line and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a high-end stick vacuum. However, now I need a space to stow the attachments since it no longer comes with the tool caddy.

I own a previous model of the Samsung Bespoke Jet stick vacuum. After 1.5 years of use, I found a few minor issues (such as forgetting to close the canister prior to vacuuming) that plagued the vacuum, but overall it worked well. The great news is that Samsung listened to their customer feedback and fixed every single one of the issues, resulting in the improved Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick. In the box is the stick vacuum with the following attachments: telescoping "stick" portion, combination tool, crevice tool, and mini motorized head. Additional items included are the power cord, removable battery pack, charging station, and disposable vacuum bags for the station. Setup is relatively easy, attach the vacuum canister to the rest of the stick, and select the desired stick attachment. Upon first power up the vacuum will take the user through a brief setup and is ready to operate. The vacuum has four default settings, min, mid, max, and jet. There is a fifth option which is AI, this determines the surface type and adjusts suction accordingly without user input. As far as performance, I can vacuum the entire house (60% wood floors, 40% tile, with a few low and medium pile rugs), alternating between various speeds, for 30 minutes straight and still have battery left. The vacuum weighs 6 lbs and can easily be operated one handed. If your aim is good enough you can swap attachments without having to bend over, as the attachments lock into place with a click, no additional manual connection required. I find that the standard head, on jet mode, does a fantastic job of picking up cat litter versus slinging it everywhere, and the head is small enough to get under most furniture and cabinets. The telescoping stick is also fantastic for us shorter folks to clean air vents, and get bugs off of ceilings. The stick vacuum canister houses a five stage HEPA filter that removes 99.999% of dust and allergens, which helps with reducing pet dander and dust. I really like the overall design and layout of the charging dock / cleaning station, as it holds the vacuum up and out of the way until needed while also charging. Once you are done using the vacuum, place it on the charger and it will automatically (default option) empty the canister, suck the debris into the disposable bag, and close the canister door back (yay, no more forgetting to close it). Then the docking station will perform a diagnostic test, and send results to your Samsung phone (see photo). Through the Samsung devices app you can also set the default suction power, see battery status, check when the canister was last emptied, empty the canister, and view the energy consumption of the vacuum. Overall I think this is a fantastic stick vacuum for pet owners, parents, and anyone else who wants to quickly clean the floors without having to drag a heavy vacuum around or find the closest wall outlet as you move through the house. I also love this vacuum for stairs, as its light weight so I can safely vacuum cat litter and hair off the stairs at full power.

I bought this vac for my daughter as her inexpensive model gave up. She is very happy with its performance and the self cleaning is a plus. I did extensive review before I bought it, not cheap, and it was highly rated. Disappointment was that it does not have an accessory carrier as prior models had and it only came with one battery. I went to Samsung to buy a spare battery with charger. The had the battery, which I bought, but didn't show a charger available. I got the battery in 2 days and in the mean time I went back on Samsung's sight and located a battery with charger. I went to buy that, thinking that I could return the battery I had already received. Seemed to be a good plan, but that's where the problem came. When I went to pay for it on line the site wouldn't complete the transaction stating, "product can not be sent to this zip code". Samsung was no help. Best Buy not a problem, but they didn't show they could order the item. After a week of talking with Samsung and not being able to solve the problem the last Customer Service Rep said that they were out of stock on the battery and charger. I bought a $1000 vacuum from Samsung via Best Buy and that was all they could tell be. It would have been nice if they had offered to contact me when they got the charger back in stock, They said it wasn't available to purchase independent of the battery. I wonder what would happen if I had been able to buy the battery with charger and the charger didn't function. Best Buy was great, but Samsung was disappointing. It is a great vac
