This is my fourth Samsung SSD! They work great, have excellent security, and are easy to use. They offer fast data retrieval and don’t require expert knowledge to operate. They’re also durable and can withstand falls or accidents. You’ll use this SSD for years to come.

works great! plenty of storage. It has a Safety measure that allows You to set a Password on your storage device, even if You lose it No one can access it!

The size is so convenient for carrying around, and the material seems to provide good protection (at least compared to my previous external drive, which had metal casing and was easily scratched). The usb-c cable provided is also very secure, so there's no risk of it detaching accidentally. A note: when installing on a MacBook, you may encounter an error where the drive won't be recognised. This is due to Apple's default security settings, and you will have to look up a tutorial to fix this. It took me 10-15 minutes to resolve.

Product works well, speedy and reliable. My only issue is that the protective sleeve catches dust like nothing else, but that doesn't interfere at all with usage.

It was easy to set up. I only had to attach it with a choice of one of the 2 cables it came with. I installed the app (found on the drive) onto my MacBook Pro. That was all I had to do. Tip: I got the "T9 Portable SSD 1TB" to download Google Photos onto the T9 SSD drive. I used Safari which has options that you can change that will allow you to automatically redirect what you are downloading directly to the T9, thus saving you a step.

Goood everybody needs to get one of these for anything

Cannot download Samsung SSD Portable from Playstore for my android Samsung Note 20 because it says the application was made for an older phone. Downloaded Samsung Magician but that does nothing but update the firmware on the SSD. No instructions included. Then I tried to connect to my Mac Airbook M2 and it is unreadable. I'm going to return this because sheez I just want a plug a play to transfer photos. I don't know how to use this, and there are no online manuals available on the Samsung website either. Not user friendly going to return this.

I use the Samsung T7 as an external drive with my MacBook for photo editing, and it’s been outstanding. It’s incredibly small and lightweight, but the speed is legit — fast file transfers and smooth performance even with large photo libraries. Plug-and-play on macOS, no issues at all. It also looks clean and modern, which is a nice bonus when it’s always on my desk or in my bag. Reliable, fast, and well-designed. Exactly what I wanted in a portable SSD.

I am using this to store pictures that are currently on my computer. The transfer process was quick and easy. The SSD stayed cool while transferring a 1/2 T of photos. The SSD is quiet, and the provided cables are long enough to easily connect to my computer

Really fast writing speeds and transfer speeds. Has plenty of storage, straight forward ease of use. Though this storage is compatible with some devices. Does not work on older phone devices, tried to transfer stuff from my iPhone 8 plus with the Apple adapter, and does not work just FYI. It can connect to many different devices such as PC, Cameras, ETC.
