The Geek Squad has always been helpful and knowledgeable and an integral part of services at Best Buy.

The installer was very professional, on time and walked me thru the initial setup / configuration. Additionally, he helped me setup bluetooth for both my iPhone and Samsung phone. The installer was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions.

The installer took apart the dashboard of my 15 year old car and installed the new smart screen/radio without a scratch. There was potential for the dashboard to crack because the car was old, but it turned out perfectly. The installer was very professional and quick.

The young lady that work on car along with the young man they were very professional and worked together well. I have to still come back to get it completed but I still want that same team I had the first time to finish the job, they were great.

The manager at best buy in Hiram Georgia was the best I have ever seen, she was so eager to help me get what I needed to install my radio and the installers was quick to get it in, keep up the great work ladies and gentlemens.

Bought a used car with a Sony that needed the SiriusXM unit tuner installed. All done for a reasonable price and less than an hour. Best service in the world!!

I had a Sirius-XM tuner installed when installing a new Pioneer 5201 NEX head unit and 4 JBL coaxial speakers. All was installed by the geek squad flawlessly.. They made it look stock other than the obvious 5.5" video screen in at 2002 car.. I have Sirius in both our daily drivers although we only listen to it 25-30 minutes a day as our commute to work is about 10-15 minutes depending on lights. I had the tuner installed in out limited drive end of life crisis mobile, a 2002 Thunderbird that we just bought a few months ago .. Living in central NY, the Adirondacks Mountains will be a frequent destination for the T-bird in the non snow months.. There is often very few if any terrestrial radio signals in those back roads. Sirius really shines in this situation.. Your music genre with great sound even in the sticks! We plan to put it up during the winter. The Sirius 6 month subscription will work out almost perfect.. Wish Sirius had a 8 month discount subscription for limited use vehicles.. I figure the T-Bird will fly from Aril to November.. We will only be putting on about 1-2K miles per year on her. I have often thought about cancelling my subscription on our daily drives because we have good terrestrial radio stations and signals living in a city but we have gotten use to the service and Sirius is often kind to us with family discounts. The 1" square antenna (which is something I was worried about) was installed by the geeksquad technician on the dash panel in the corner of the windshield on the passenger side.. Although it's not hidden it works well and it seems to be receiving the satellite signal with no problem and is pretty much not too obvious..

The Guy’s and Gal over at the Rocklin Store were extremely helpful and very articulate about the process in what they were going to be doing on my 2013 F150 “ ECOBEAST “ I had a professional install from another Company Had problems with the Truck from pickup , steering controls weren’t working properly and my front component speakers sounded horrible, brought the Truck back 2 times. With no solution. I was told that Pioneer was having a lot of trouble with DOUBLE DIN- AVS-2550-NEX FROM THE Owner/Installer, I did hours of reading and research and found nothing on a problem with this Unit. So decided to take THE ECOBEAST in to BESTBUY IN RICKLIN CA. That’s where I purchased the unit And what do you know . My so called professional install wasn’t so professional after all . So I could keep going on about my Professional install but I’d rather get back to the People who really saved the Day . THANK YOU GUY’s and GAL you really NAILED IT HANDS DOWN. WE FOUND THE THREE BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACTS WE HAD, TIMOTHY, MICHAEL (THIRD EMPLOYEE NAME UNKNOWN), WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR ELECTRONIC KNOWLEGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS TRAINING WAS OBVIOUS AND EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO MY WIFE AND MYSELF TO UNDERSTAND THE TECHNICAL OPERATION OF BOTH EQUIPMENT INSTALLATIONS. WE ARE AGED PEOPLE IN OUR MID 80's AND FOUND THEIR PATIENCE WITH US TO BE VERY SATISFYING. THE FEATURES AND OPERATIONAL USE OF THE SCREEN, GPS AND BACK-UP CAMERA HAVE MANY FEATURES AND WE ARE SURE IT IS VERY DIFFICUT TO EXPLAINTO GET FULL VALUE OUT OF THE PURCHASE. WE GIVE THESE FELLOWS HIGH MARKS AND ARE HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

The tech explained everything on how to operate the radio after it was installed in my truck. Friendly service. Took a while for the install so I had lunch at one of the local restaurants.

I have to give great kudos to Jeremy the tech who installed my equipment in my 2013 Corvette. Jeremy actually emailed me a week before to confirm everything that needed to be done, advised of some changes he recommended for a more professional install. All of the items I had were purchased over time, my main concerns were having a backup and front view camera since I have a low front splitter and want to avoid hitting curbs. The back up camera is so convenient Nd helps dramatically backing up. He installed the front camera and looks very professional. The rear was done very professionally as well BUT the camera had a lot of noise and distortion which Jeremy recommended to swap out for a new one and bring it back. He installed my sync cable and Bluetooth mic. I would absolutely recommend Best Buy Geek Squad car stereo installation. I will be going back to have my door speakers and rear speakers replaced as well as adding an amp soon. Jeremy spent a lot of time going over options and making sure I will have a superior system. I can’t say enough good things actually. 10 stars

This is a review and recommendation for anyone with small ears. I constantly struggle with headphones that fit. The wings in the headphones ensure a near prefect fit. These stay put, my workouts or walks are no longer about constantly adjusting my headphones in order to hear better or ensure they don't fall out. Sound quality is good. They could go a little louder. Only two cons. 1. The battery life could be better. But the headphones would probably need to be larger. 2. You need to use the app on your devices to control the headphones. I switch between my phone and iPad and you can't just go into your Bluetooth controls to connect and disconnect. You need to use the app. One shortcut I found to switch is to turn off Bluetooth on the device it's connected to and it will search for other linked devices and connect to the other device.

Totally painless installation of the satellite radio tuner in my Jeep TJ’s existing audio system. Technician took me earlier than scheduled and installation was faster than quoted.

David did an incredible job of mounting the radio in my car, clearly a fantastic technician.

The installation was quick and he even repaired a fuse with no charge, went over the installation, showed me how to operate my system (patiently and professionally) and I was on my way with my music playing on the hot summer day that the system was installed on! Great investment! And thanks for allowing me to share my experience!
