I wash there was an option to just vacuum without having to take the mop plate off and on. It isn't super loud which is nice and it makes it so I don't have to worry about sweeping and mopping all of the time. (I have a dog and a cat so our floors get gnarly.)

Great concept that needs to mature
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to give this a better rating because the idea of having a robot vacuum that also mops my floors is exciting. The concept is very good, but the product falls short with its execution. The vacuum and mop both do a fantastic job when it works. It’s the algorithm of the robot that falls short. The mapping does a descent job discovering the area to service, but the memory of where it encounters issues leaves a lot to be desired. Shark Ninja produces a nice and quiet machine compared the competition. The brush roller system and the self-emptying capabilities are second to none. The vacuum capabilities work much better than the mopping capabilities. The idea behind a multifunctional device is to make life easier. I found myself pulling the robot from a stuck position multiple times. While this can happen, it repeated the same position multiple times. I often had to manually relocate the robot to stop it from repeating the same attempts. In the end, it ran out of battery power before it completed the course. I ended up finishing up the mopping manually. Hopefully a software update will help with the learning capabilities.
