It works great, very nice vaccum and mop. I love the way this cleans the floor.

OMG this is by far one of my favorite purchases. I am a vacuum queen have way to many to count but this one is so amazing. I can go into the app at the end of a long day and send “Alfred”, that’s his name out and wake up to a clean floor and space I truly love it!

I purchased a robot vacuum about 10 years ago & wasn't happy with it. I received this one as a gift & WOW has the tech improved! It navigates my dining room chairs, cleans up all the dirt & dog hair & even empties itself. I LOVE this vacuum.

Amazing does just what i need it to. Cleans the floors very well. You can also take everything apart and order new parts. The vacuum is very fixable

It’s a descent vacuum but I really didn’t want one I had to change bags. Took it a little longer than I expected to get hooked up to my internet but it may of been the internet overall satisfactory so far

Smart system and easy to install. It does well notifying you of errors, like the roller needs clearer. There are errors that seem to be false, for example it thinks it’s on a ledge but it’s only bumped up against a floor vent. I still think it’s worth its value

I love it. Gets into corners better than I expected and is so good at maneuvering. I use it twice a week for sweeping. The mop attachment is also better than expected. I use that about once a week and spot mop some areas the shark can’t get to. Overall cut down on my cleaning time and is a huge help. Slightly loud so I do it during the day. But compared to a normal vacuum it’s alot quieter. It takes about 90 minute to complete my house. Approx. 1,300sqft. I have waterproof LVT floors. I told my mom and sister to get one and they love it too.

Works great and gets the job done! With two cats and two kids it makes keeping the floor clean a breeze!

No issues. Huge upgrade from my previous robot vacuum which constantly got stuck, needed to be emptied, or otherwise required all of my attention. I wish the app had a live view of the map as the vacuum was going around, though.

I bought the device due to reviews and $300 price drop. I am disappointed in the anount of debree and dust it misses. I programed the separate room features and it keeps going into a stay out zone. I like hiw it charges and the concept of it vaccuming when not home. But just doesnt work well. When it goes back to the doc. I like how the debree sucks into the stand automatically. This could be a nice vaccuum if it vacuumed well and the features worked as intended. The programming of separatr rooms could be resolved with an software update. The ability to vacuum close to walls would require a design changes. Ok ig you need floors vaccuumed in a general sense. But if you want the floors truly vaccumed aleverywhere. Do not recommend.

Love this!!! Makes life so much easier specially on this busy holiday season

We have light tile floors throughout the house and 3 large dogs who all shed, big time! The mapping on this did a great job and we run it in one section a day and have it mop the kitchen at least two times a week. It has helped significantly lighten our load on the weekends and freed up some much needed family time.

Excellent robot vac. Does a good job cleaning pet hair and dirt from the floors and with the sock base we don't have to empty it all the time. Previously had much less expensive models that just randomly bounced around until the battery ran out, this one actually maps the rooms and does a sweeping pattern to get everything in its reach.

It works amazing as long as nothing gets stuck like shoe laces or rugs. Mop function is ok only used once.

Love our new Shark. So much better than our Debot.

Great product would buy again. Wouldn’t change anything about it.
