Love, love, love my robot. I am an older woman, using the robot sure helps my back.

The vacuum part works very well. The map that is creates on initial startup is a little confusing, but once I figured out which room was which, it helped me select individual rooms to clean. The vacuum seemed to learn a little more each time - avoiding objects it had a problem with the 1st time. The issue is the self-emptying. Worked the 1st time. After that, the robot would go back to the base, the base (which has it’s own LOUD vacuum to suck the dirt out of the robot) acted like it sucked the dirt out of the robot into the storage bin, but after the noise subsided, a robot voice said “empty my dust cup.” This happened the last 3 times.- the direct was stuck in the robot and I had to empty it manually. I paid hundreds of $ extra to NOT have to constantly empty the dirt manually, so tomorrow, back it goes.

Very impressed with this model! It has been my 'missing' link!! It cleans great and even reaches spots I normally miss with standard vacuums,

100% worth the buy. Unfortunately ours broke due to our error but I will be purchasing it again.

Love it. you can program it to do different rooms. it is not loud & it vacuums the whole room no missed spots

Does great, cleaned 1000 ft in about an hour. Has to recharge once during while house clean when on highest level. Can get the entire house in one charge on normal.

I love this robo vac. It works great with all my dog’s and cat’s hair. It shockingly never gets stuck like my previous robo vac. Love the self emptying function, so convenient!

We love this!!! Easy to program. We have two small dogs and run ours daily. A great time saver.

Wonderful! Bought this for my wife. We researched it and it paid off. You can map out your house and schedule its outings. We named it Arnold for when the machines take over.

This thing is absolutely incredible. No issues so far at all. Zero hair gets trapped in the roller and the suction is super powerful.

Very happy with the robots ability to get up animal fur and general dirt. There are areas the robot has trouble getting to (under some chairs or tight corners). I run her at night when we are asleep and very happy tosses he has picked up all kinds of dirt and such. This does not replace the need for occasional deep cleaning but is still a great assistance.

So far this little unit has been great! It does exactly what it’s supposed to with minimal issues. Mid range unit and got a great price on Black Friday.

I have no complaints. Better than the older models. they definitely don’t compete with this one. It does not lose suction and is great on our carpets.

Best robot vacuum I’ve purchased so far. Better than the iRobot and more affordable

We named the Shark to Hazel like the show Hazel we watched as kids. It does a great job. Had to map Hazel twice in order to get it right.

Absolutely love my robot vacuum. Cleans effectively with out lots of noise. I also purchased a renew kit to have spare parts on hand. I use it 3 times a week and my floors are spotless, even with 2 dogs.

I purchased the Shark Matrix as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it especially the extended runtime.

Worth the purchase! Had an older model that ended up not working and debated on whether to get another Shark or go with IRobot, and definitely happy we stuck with Shark

Love it . Highly efficient ! I have 2 dogs that shed a lot . I scheduled to run it in the morning and at night . I’ll come home with clean floor , free of dust and dog hairs. Less stress and work for me.
