Great product, cleans well and keep my house neaty.

I have been thinking about purchasing a vacuum robot for quite some time but just never committed. I sure am happy I finally have! This makes keeping my floors free of dog hair so much easier!

I absolutely love this machine. It’s my second floor vacuum. I love the self emptying feature. It can do the area of the house I need in 90 minutes.

We upgraded to this product as our last one kept breaking down. This is a great Robo VACVAC it’s incredible How precise it is with mapping your home.

It’s doing a great job keeping our 2000sf break room clean. It takes a few goes and charging but it clean our floor every night. Does Great work. Make sure you have at least B+ internet. Overall great.

Great vacuum does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I love the robot vac! So easy to use and convenient. Highly recommend getting one especially if you have indoor pets.

Upgraded from an older version, in love with all the new features

When I first got this I was really excited. My prior robot vacuums just bounced around, no mapping. So I loved seeing the straight lines and thorough cleaning. Unfortunately the emptying bin isn’t very big so esp for someone with animals, I have basically had to empty it everyday, defeating the purpose of it being self emptying. I have also had frequent problems with errors and the current error, after two months of use, I can’t figure out and will need to call shark for a replacement.

This thing is amazing, When you think you got everything with your Shark vacuum, run this little guy and it picks up even more dust...

works pretty well, but its very loud lol no complaints other than that.

I love how you can just turn this on and it will clean the house while you away doing other things. Highly recommend

Purchased this unit a year ago and its been a headache ever since. We have several pets and can never empty out the pet hair into the dock. Its always giving an error to empty the bin. In the year weve owned it, its given more errors than actual cleaning. Lately its been my brush roll is stuck. Bought and replaced brush roll. Now a couple months later, uts giving the same error. The issue now isn't with the brush roll itself, it is the actual machine. Now I'm debating whether to fix it, or just chuck the whole thing in the trash. Constant constant headache.

The vacuum part works very well. The map that is creates on initial startup is a little confusing, but once I figured out which room was which, it helped me select individual rooms to clean. The vacuum seemed to learn a little more each time - avoiding objects it had a problem with the 1st time. The issue is the self-emptying. Worked the 1st time. After that, the robot would go back to the base, the base (which has it’s own LOUD vacuum to suck the dirt out of the robot) acted like it sucked the dirt out of the robot into the storage bin, but after the noise subsided, a robot voice said “empty my dust cup.” This happened the last 3 times.- the direct was stuck in the robot and I had to empty it manually. I paid hundreds of $ extra to NOT have to constantly empty the dirt manually, so tomorrow, back it goes.

pretty sweet, set it up to come out when u want, learns your house, set it to certain areas, has so many features more than my last one.

This the second Shark Robot. Super helpful to me. I love that it maps the home and then follows it. Very glad I purchased it.

I throughly enjoy have may apartment clean everyday day when I get home.
