I was hesitant to purchase another robotic vacuum after owning and being disappointed in two different Roomba's. I was even more reluctant to get a 2-in-1 vacuum mop combo. After reading the reviews and doing a lot of research, I finally pulled the trigger, and WOW! I'm SO glad I did! With 4 kids, a German Shepherd, a Doberman, and a frequently muddy backyard, I was not expecting much. My hope was at best, it would reduce me vacuuming to once per day, and at worst, I would be highly annoyed and return it. Not only do I no longer have to vacuum manually, I only manually mom about once every week and a half or two weeks. This little guy really does clean my hard floors and carpets amazingly well. The app is easy to use, the robot is very easy to set up, and even easier to maintain. The amount of time I save AT LEAST twice a day is incredible. Truly, I am in awe of this thing. If you are on the fence about purchasing it, don't be, I promise you it's worth every dang penny!

Sharkeisha does an excellent job at keeping my downstairs clean! Haven’t found her stuck once. Besides when she’s emptying the dustpan, it’s pretty quiet.

I absolutely love this Shark vacuum and mop combo. It does an amazing job cleaning my floors and makes my life so much easier. It vacuums and mops at the same time, picking up dust, dirt, and pet hair while leaving the floor fresh and spotless. It’s very easy to use, lightweight, and the suction power is excellent. The mopping feature really impressed me — it cleans without leaving streaks and dries quickly. It works great on hard floors and handles everyday messes perfectly. Overall, this is an excellent product and well worth the money. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable vacuum and mop in one machine. A+++

I bought this vacuum as a Christmas present to myself after my other self emptying vacuum finally kicked the bucket and i was sick of getting the cheaper ones that you need to baby sit to free them upon them getting stuck. This one may be pricy but the performance so far matches the price. There's only 2 things i do not like about it. One being that you can't relearn just a single room, you have to go through the whole sequence again. The 2nd is that it is too smart and won't bang around to get into the hard to reach places so you do end up needing to do in between chair legs and what not with a actual vacuum. Even with those two things this vacuum makes life so much easier.

When I first got the Shark cleaner it sas easy to set up and get started. It maps out the entire house in minutes and generates a accurate map of the house. The Shark does a nice job vacuuming the house then it is capable of mopping the house. It does a decent job mopping but has trouble with overlapping routes.

This shark is amazing, it goes around items dosent bump into thing like the older ones did. It also dose s great job on mopping!

Works really well, vacuum power is decebt too, i still clean with more powerful vacuum once or twice a week, but happy with purchase. Bonus point for me is that it really dies not get stuck anywhere

Really nice and does the job. It was moderately easy to set. Mapping was a bit complex.

Overall the Shark robot vacuum gets the job done, but it does have it's quirks. It cleans quite well on hardwood floors and area carpets. I have noticed I've had to clean the dust sensors a few times or it won't use that function. It's located inside the cleaning port, it took me a few minutes to find it. It also has trouble clearing a bigger threshold in my house. I honestly am not faulting the unit, it goes over the other thresholds with no issues, it's just my bathroom one it has trouble with. The mopping is impressive, and I haven't had to do any maintenance to the station since I bought it, (Nov 2025). Hope this helps make your decision

Second robot vacuum that i have owned and the best one by far! I have wall to wall carpeting, and I only did it vacuum and pick up particles that the prevails robot Vacuum had difficulty with, but it also fluffed the carpet.

We purchased a different brand of robotic mop and vac and returned *two* of that brand because we could not get them to self empty. Wish we had tried Shark 1st! have had the other brand's robovac for many years and loved it. But the newer model of mop and vac not so much.

This thing rocks! Got it for my wife for Christmas and it was one of the best things I got her in a long time. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Most importantly it is very effective and quality is awesome!

I purchased this to replace a roomba vac/mop. This does a far better job cleaning and the app is much better, but due to us having a sunken living room it is constantly trying to duke of hazard itself down a 1 foot drop. Something the roomba never did. Other than that it is so much better.

Excellent vacuum and mop helper. Keep my gloss white floor super clean. The schedule and separate areas provide an easy, consistent, and worry-free assistant. I am purchasing a second one for the second floor. I recommend this item 100%

This cleaning tool is fantastic on our hardwood floors, especially because I have kids and a dog. With a lengthy schedule and keeping your home cleaner, it’s worth the purchase.
