I’ve named her Cinderella, Does a great job! Does t get stuck, finds her way home, and the mopping is so nice, my floors feel so clean in bare feet!

Love that it mops and vacuums at the same time! It does get stuck from time to time but it manages to find a way around it.

Easy to set up. Vacuums well and fits under sofa and chairs. Mopping quality is about that of a swiffer wet jet. I've really enjoyed it.

I’m giving 4 stars because it’s a Christmas gift, but I bought it because of all the features and I think the recipient will love it. I have a Shark mop vac that’s an older model without all the extras and I love it, thus the reason I bought this one. I’ve had Roomba’s in the past and they aren’t nearly as efficient as Shark. Definitely recommend Shark!

The vacuum does a good job as cleaning the floors. We have continually had issues with the vacuum not being able to return to the dock and leaking water around the dock. Even after repositioned the dock to couple times. It has gotten stuck only a couple of times due to carpets. The app can be slow to communicate at times. Also the app could be more user friendly, such as being able to schedule more than 2 cleans a day, adding vacuum and mop feature for selected rooms, not able to cancel or make changes to cleaning when vacuum returns and is charging from a cleaning, for spot cleaning not able to change the area size to be cleaned. When the vacuum returns to the dock from cleaning it has to be fully charged before finishing the clean cycle, this can take a few hours and should finish cleaning when even of the battery has been charged. Overall, it is a good vacuum.

I have had my Shark Robot vacuum for about a month now and it has been a huge help in keeping our floors clean. We have a dog that sheds a lot, which means lots of vacuuming needing to be done. The shark does a pretty good job of getting all of the dog hair ofd the floor and out of the corners. While the mop solution does not last 30 days (unless you are only mopping once a week I suppose it might) but seems to get about 4 or 5 mopping sessions out of it. My only complaint so far is the app does not have a multi map feature. Meaning, if you have a two or three level home, it will only let you map one floor at a time. Kind of annoying, but at least Shark sells the docking station on their website, so I plan to get a second one for upstairs. Moving the base and vacuum up and down the stairs constantly is kind of a pain. Overall, I like it, and it has helped keep my floors clean.

What a great purchase! This vacuum has great suction! It is not as loud as you would expect. It empties itself and refills the mopping water.

Great product doesn't hit into the walls too much and does a great job cleaning

I am very impressed with the ease of connecting and programming this unit. And it does a great job both vacuuming and mopping.

Overall it is ok. The suction can be improved. The only problem we have is the robot leaving the mark on the floor sometimes. I have to clean up after it when this happens. May be a malfunction unit but will see if it gets worse in the future or not.

I love our Shark Robot. It does a great job, and is easy to schedule. I wish that the Vacuum and Mop would vacuum the entire floor and then mop the entire floor. It seems like that setting only vacuums the carpet/rug and then mops the hard floors. We dont have any carpets/rugs so I would be wanting everything vacuumed and then mopped.

Junk. It worked good for about a month, then kept giving me errors, couldn't dock, leaked water (once to the point where I had a puddle in my basement...the dock is on the main floor). The app is slow to respond and wouldn't let me register my vacuum. I have tried restarting the vacuum, reinstalled the app, and have regularly cleaned the filters and sensors. Will definitely be filing a warranty claim.

Actually makes my life easier. I love this product. I would definitely buy again. It’s easy charge thank you Best Buy. I really highly recommend it.

Amazing vacuum and mopper. Best version of the shark robot vacuum that I've owned. They just keep getting better and better

Does a good job on vacuum and decent job on mopping. Cleans most of the stuff, but need to clean manually if stains are too tough. Overall great to clean minor dust and vaccum on carpet.

The set up was easy to do and getting it started was easy. Though within the first month, the machine tells me I have to clean the dirt detect sensor and there is no where to tell me how to do that. So trouble shooting that has been a pain. But overall the machine vacuums and mops well.

Super easy to use and mapped out home layout perfectly! Scheduling in the app is a little off. Sometimes I just want to schedule it a single day not every day at that time. But great vacuum and mops very well
