The agents were friendly and courteous! Quickly installing both floodlights but taking the time to make sure they were done correctly. They made sure that I didn’t have any lingering questions and cleaned up after themselves taking away all the packaging for me! Super great experience and very nice people!

I went through the Geek Squad, to replace my floodlight with a Ring floodlight, and install a second Ring floodlight, on the front and back of my house. The gentlemen that am out were very professional, and very friendly. It took them no time to install both Ring floodlights. I’m very please with the service and install.

My Ring spotlight camera device was installed efficiently and in a short amount of time. The Geek Squad technician asked if we wanted him to wear a mask, which was appreciated. He also verified that the device worked and helped to connect the device to the app.

This installation was done in an expert manner with great knowledge and care and relieved me of trying to figure out how to do it and has worked extremely well ever since it was install so I would recommend this service to anyone without any reservations

I paid for both the camera and installation, and I clearly explained that a power cable would need to be run. The store assured me this wouldn’t be a problem. Two weeks later, on the scheduled installation day, the Geek Squad technician called to say it wasn’t a Wi-Fi camera and that the installation required a power cable. They rescheduled with another contractor—another two weeks of waiting. A month after my purchase, the new installer arrived only to tell me that they also don’t run power cables. He left the cameras and left. I’ve now wasted over a month, and I still have to return the cameras myself. This has been the worst shopping and installation experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointing.

This was a pain to setup! Nobody at the store seemed to know how to setup the right appointment type. Because Best Buy supposedly uses a private electrician and this is sub contracted out there were several people unfamiliar with how to properly set the appointment up. It took 3 trips to best buy and 2 calls to tech support to finally get the right appointment set up. When the people came installation was fast and easy but all the stars are knocked bc of the hassle of the appointment set up. I would give 5 stars if they can do better at communication and training... Also this is double the price because they supposedly use an electrician but when I talked to the guy who came he still worked for best buy and said they don't do electrical work at all... Seems like kind of a rip off to charge more...

There were two technicians. Both were friendly and efficient. Paid attention to detail and safety. After installing the outdoor floodlight security camera, explained the operation.

The Geek Squad installed our floodlight in no time. It works great and I'm so grateful I didn't have to install it myself. :)
