Bought open box excellent condition rated item but it's dented, scratched, and missing everything. The charger is $80. How anyone decided this was in excellent condition clearly shows they don't care and have bad QC. This is what best buy said excellent open box items are: Open-Box Excellent Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging Contacted support and they told me I have to deliver it to the local best buy for a refund even though this is clearly their fault. I would have never purchased an open box in poor condition.

Bought this so we could move the speaker around the house. It pairs with the Sonos bar and speakers. If the TV is on and I am in another room I can silence the TV and only have the sound coming from the Move. I can control the sound from my phone.

What a great add to my system I love the move it’s got really nice audio and can take it anywhere

First off let me start by saying that I own many Sonos products. This speaker is great but it can be clunky, the setup can be tedious if it’s not done correctly the first time. The sound is very impressive considering it’s a portable speaker, now that I’ve mentioned that’s it’s portable keep mindful that it weighs over 6-1/2 lbs. lastly as usual the Sonos packaging was great and it does come with a nice carry bag.

The product itself is great, I love Sonos. However the “open box” system with Best Buy Must be broken. My Sonos came in dirty on the bottom like it had been outside in the grass and had a dent in the front side. “open box, excellent” must mean a completely different thing now a days. It was packages so poorly in its original Sonos box, able to move and slam around in the box like a cardboard piece was missing inside. This is probably where the damage came from. Not returning because I don’t want to wait for another system, but disappointed in BestBuys screening process of returned goods. Please do better.

I love the Sonos Move speakers that I purchased from Best Buy. They came quickly, direct to my home and they sound amazing. I will definitely recommend these speakers to friends.

This speaker has HUGE sound! I will put it against any Bose. It works well with a Sonos network in your house. This is perfect to bring outside to pool / fire pit. If it gets out of WiFi range just switch it to blue tooth. Little to much bass to bring to golf course. Unless Monday and nobody is there. I highly recommend this. If you own any sonos product and don’t own this you are missing out.

Love this purchase...from the experience speaking with the sales person when I first started researching speakers last December, when I purchased it online a month ago to when I received it. The product arrived a day early, which was a nice surprise. The speaker is awesome. Well designed packaging, easy startup and great sound. Love the easy and mobility, the full rich sound. Overall a great product and great experience.

Needed something for my I-phone music to play in backyard and when in the garage. Loud enough for my wife to tell me to turn it down while out front trimming bushes. Crystal clear, no static. when I want to listen to my Radio Station talk show, I switch it over to Bluetooth...haven't quite figured out the wifi trick to do that. I have a SONOS home theater system, so knew this one would be awesome and no concerns over it. Picture is inside with SONOS MOVE charging next to my SONOS Bass and SONOS ONE.

I returned my Bose Portable Home Speaker and got this. It is so amazing. The detail blows the Bose Portable Home Speaker away! I only wish I could afford two so I can do a steep pair. I’ll wait for a sale to do that. I have read about people having issues with mesh WiFi. I do not have any issues with this speaker and Google WiFi. Play flawlessly. I’ve heard Sonos speakers before but never owned any until the Sonos Move speaker. No regrets. The bass is excellent, it’s clear and detailed. This speaker is a keeper!

Great speaker. Once you figure out how to use airplay connecting multiple speakers is a breeze. We use these speakers outside on the patio next to the pool. Blasting my neighbors bad music out!

Smart Home Speakers and Portable Speakers are something that have become such an easy way to help you at home or enjoy music. There are so many options for both styles of speakers that it can be hard to narrow it all down. Thankfully, Sonos has combined these two speakers in magnificent fashion with the Sonos Move! Here is what I think... SET-UP: - Taking the Move out of the box your first impression is this thing is heavy duty. It's big but compact, heavy but easy to carry, and just overall feels very high quality. In the box you have the Move, charging base, and a nice Sonos brand clothing carrying bag for the Move. - An initial thought is I really like the charging base for this. It's very simple and nice because it makes the Move a permanent fixture in your house but you can just lift the Move on and off the base for portability. I also really like how forward thinking Sonos was to include a port for USB-C so you can more easily charge the Move on the go instead of the charging base. However, no USB-C cable is included with the package. - Setting it Up for Music was very easy! Just set it on the power base, download the Sonos App, and complete set-up through the app. The Sonos app will hook you up to the WiFi, sign you into any music apps, and set up your speaker to Google Assistant / Alexa (I used Google). I can't say enough how you should absolutely set up Google Assistant / Alexa with the Move, it just adds a tremendous amount of value to an already exceptional speaker. - The buttons on the Move are very subtle and simple by having controls for connectivity, power, microphone on/off, play/pause, and volume controls. All very slick and smooth but I do wish there was an easy way to tell battery life besides the Sonos App or asking Google what the battery level was. FEATURE PERFORMANCE: - Once set up, the Move works very smoothly. You can play music through the Sonos app, ask Google to play music for you, Apple Airplay, or since it’s a WiFi speaker - most music apps / phones will let you connect and play music through it regardless of using the Sonos app which is nice. Of course you can also use Bluetooth when you are off Wifi which is very easy to use as expected. - It's important to note that Sonos speakers uses "Trueplay" which is where it uses the microphones in your phone to set up the acoustics in a room. The Sonos Move uses the microphones on top of the speaker itself to automatically perform Trueplay whenever you move the speaker and set it back down. This is a huge benefit and makes using a Sonos so much more easy. - Sonos really nailed the Portability side of the Move. The battery life is great at 10 hours and it's very durable and ready for the elements which is great so you can bring it by any lake/pool, or out in the rain, or even outside in hot days or cold nights. You can't completely submerge it in water but that's not something I need from this speaker anyways. Regardless, it is a huge plus for a portable speaker to know it's not always going to be in dry normal conditions. SOUND QUALITY & SMART HOME - The Sound on the Sonos Move is by far the best sound quality I have ever experienced on a Portable Battery Powered Speaker or on a Google Assistant Speaker. The sound is so crisp and clear but the lows and bass are so powerful that you don't understand how they could do all that in a relatively small package. Also the sound quality is so great because it can really fill a space without having to turn it up even that high. - My only complaint with this Speakers sound is that the Move really has one forward firing speaker. So it's apparent that you get the best sound when you are facing the front side of the speaker compare to the back or even sides. I will say this isn't an issue when it's stationary in your home and the sound quality is so high that it still makes a room sound great, but it just would have been nice if they had more of a 360 degree effect for outdoor situations like other portable speakers do. - As far as Google Home integration, it's like you are using a Google Home as it will do almost everything that a normal Google Home will do (there are a few minor settings that actual Google Homes have that the Move doesn't but it's a non-issue for me). The Microphone button on top also works as a Toggle button to turn on/off the Mic in case you don't want it listening which is a nice feature to have BOTTOM-LINE: - If you are a Smart Home User that loves music at home and on the go, this is an absolute must have. The sound quality alone beats out any Smart Home Speaker I have heard of while still remaining relatively small and out of the way. Even with being such a great sounding smart home speaker, you can literally take this on the go whether it's around the house or backyard which will still stay connected to WiFi, or brave the elements on the go since its super durable and can connect with Bluetooth. I really think the Sonos Move is a homerun and you will be very satisfied!

Bought the move for porch and back yard listening. Could not be happier. Great sound and can play all of my music subscriptions seamlessly. A bit pricey, but no regrets so far.
