To help resolve this, please power cycle the TV by unplugging it from the wall outlet for 2 minutes to reboot the system. Ensure the TV is properly connected to your network; if using Wi-Fi, we recommend keeping the TV within 25 feet of your router. You can also check for any available updates by navigating to Settings > System > About > System Software Update.

Good if it didn’t shut off

The reason I am only giving it 2 stars is because mine shut off 4 times within owning it for a week! It got stuck in power cycles and I had to constantly unplug it from the wall so I returned it

While we are glad you were able to see the "amazing" picture quality when paired with your PS5, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the TV shutting off repeatedly.
Having to constantly unplug a brand-new television is certainly not the seamless, premium experience we aim to provide. While we respect your decision to return the unit, we would have loved the opportunity to troubleshoot this with you, as software updates or a factory reset often resolve these types of startup behaviors.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they forgot to include the tv power cord i only realized after the tv was mounted so i called and asked if i can come pick it up and they said id have to return the entire tv. i told them that wouldn’t work for me id rather buy a new power cord. they then said they would call me back and maybe give me a gift card for the price of the cord and never called back.
