Love it except for the Google TV

We frequently get comments from guests regarding the crispness of the screen- especially when watching something in 4K. However, the Google TV streaming platform is very unreliable and can be frustrating with frequent connectivity issues. Luckily this can be worked around by attaching a separate device such as Roku or Apple TV.

The remote control is pretty basic and lacks functionality in other A and Z series TVs. The picture quality is pretty good - be sure to mess around a bit with the various options and choose the right one for you (IMAX enchanced) was the right choice for us.

Great set for Movies

It works seamlessly between apps and the remote is super easy to use, especially with the voice control feature. One problem- the set freezes every so often and we have to unplug it to restart it.

Unfortunately, the BRAVIA A75L does not supplied with a back lit remote control, just the following TV models: A80CL, X90CL, X93CL and A95L (2024 models only), nevertheless your feedback is really appreciate and we will surely be forwarded to the concerned department for improvement. Regarding the picture off feature, actually it is not on your remote control as a button, however you will find it by pressing the Quick Settings button which looks like a "Wrench" on your Sony remote control, then you will see a drop down menu on the bottom, after that you will need to scroll to the right until you see an option "Picture OFF". The picture quality is top-notch when watching or streaming movies it looks beautiful. This TV is so good that I brought another one so I have 21 in my gaming room and another in the bedroom, because it looks just that good that I didn’t want to settle for a lower quality image when watching TV. I highly recommend this to anyone think the next TV I will buy will be one of the 100 inch projectors. They are looking promising, but this is the go to TV.
