Nice tv; however the picture seems darker than my last Sony, particularly in the lower third. No Sony instructions on how to adjust the brightness - or for anything else, for that matter.

This tv was awesome. Until sony decided to bork it with a software update. Picture settings no longer work. Now the tv is useless. Absolutely horrible. I lost close to 4 grand unless Sony wakes up and fixes it, but I’m not holding my breath. Customer support is non existent. They pretend they care and will tell you “Sony listens” but that’s a bunch of baloney.

Last time I buy mini Led tv , picture flickers a lot which I find annoying sending it back now
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and annoyance caused by the flickering you are experiencing with your new BRAVIA 9, which is certainly not the premium viewing experience we strive to deliver. Before returning the unit, we recommend trying a simple Power Reset by unplugging the TV for two minutes, or checking your Picture Settings to ensure the "Black adjust" and "Adv. contrast enhancer" features are set to OFF, as these can sometimes cause noticeable brightness shifts or flickering. If the issue continues after these steps, we understand your decision, but please know we stand behind our product quality.

The best mini LED by far

If you are afraid of OLED due to burn-in or not being bright enough then the Bravia 9 is the way to go, It feels like you are watching a top of the line OLED TV but its so much brighter than OLED. Its the best TV ive ever seen and my only regret was getting the 75 instead of the 85. If i was still within my return window, i would have exchanged it for the 85.
