On November 24, 2025, I purchased a Sony FX3 camera and lens bundle for $6,598.00 at the Lake Worth, Texas Best Buy store, intentionally buying in-store so any issues could be handled locally. Instead, I received a Sony FX3a on November 28, 2025, without notice or consent. The FX3a is a lower-priced model, yet no price adjustment was made. Despite the item being unopened and untampered with, both a refund and exchange were denied. The return was received by third-party Marketplace Seller on December 4, 2025, and as of today, no refund has been issued
