Took it to the store and they could not pair with my phone. Took out a new one from the display and it could not pair with the phone or iPad. Selected another brand instead which paired with the phone and iPad.

Over sold the connectivity

I have problems connecting to the speaker; then synching the second using is hot or miss. Also they battery status does not show up so I never know when to plug in to recharge.

Nice size but not happy with quality

I am sure it is fine but for a gift it just looks poor. I tried it in the store and it does pack a decent punch for its size though

For reference, It has stayed in the same place , indoors, only playing light jazz or classical in the evenings. No loud bass music or going out and getting jostled around. I opted to go with a mid range blue tooth speaker and chose a name synonymous with quality. But my previous no name speaker that was a fraction of the cost outlasted my Sony by leaps and bounds. Will return

The highest volume was so low. Returned it and got Ultimate Ears. Cost about $50 more but we’ll worth it.
