Geek Squad installed my new rear speakers and they sound great. The team was efficient and very professional in handling my installation. Appreciated the instructions and technical advise about the install and how to best use the equipment.

Richard at the Mira Mesa, CA Geek Squad car / audio installation is incredible! He really knows the audio equipment, especially how to tune each speaker to the perfect MHz range. Better yet, he showed me how to do everything as well. I really appreciated that he makes fantastic, yet practical equipment recommendations based on the acoustics of the car, and just seems to know each and every detail about the manufacturer options for all of the components.

Sorry but the Orange CA store by the mall install is not recommended unless you want to wait 2x the quoted time frame Once our products arrived in store it took 2 days to get Hector to call to set up install appointment. We came in an hour earlier then he told us to. There were no other cars in the bay. He said about 3 hours to install kicker, subwoofer and speakers. After 3 hours he said, one more hour. After that he said almos finished. from 2pm to 8:15pm on Saturday he had the car to install. Way too long for a job quoted 3 hours from the professional installer. Sounds great but that time was crazy

I would like to believe it is because I'm a Total Tech member that I get treated with the utmost of respect and that the employees always seem to go above and beyond - but I don't believe that's true. I believe Best Buy just hires good people who always do the right thing.

The Geek Squad installed my car speakers to replace the old ones and the sound is excellent. Your employee explained everything thoroughly and left my car interior cleaner than when I arrived. Excellent service from your Geek Squad Car Installation employee!

The installation bay is busy, and has a lead time of about 10 days. The installers scheduled a date with me, and told me how long it would take to do the installation. The mark of a professional installation, is that you cannot tell that they took the doors apart to install the speakers. The car look like new, and was finished as promised. I can recommend the installers at this Best Buy location.

This dude is the man!! I think he could be a Jedi. Quick install, professional tutorial of the new sound system and I'm thumping down Eldorado so loud you could hear me in your store! Then I see him on Black Friday and he up-sells me on a friggin TV that I didn't even need. And guess what, he was right and we love it! If that's not a Jedi mind trick, I don't know what is.

The agent took his time to explain the problem. Helped me choose the parts I needed to replace my car speakers. My installation appointment was made in a very reasonable time. The speakers were replaced and the job was completed in less time then expected. Great, friendly service from the agent. I will definitely go back if I need any service that is offered and I need.

The geek squad mounted my 4 speakers and the sound great and they were fast to do it to and great service

Install was great. Other than the greatly improved sound there was no way to know he had touched the vehicle

Joe the installer did an excellent job installing the speakers and was very informative on the sound quality of the speakers. The other installer Jose was also very helpful. Joe and Jose went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for auto installations!

I needed some speakers to replace some blown ones in my vehicle, so I stopped by Best Buy on my way home after work. The installer himself was on the floor and went out of his way to help me find what I needed ..he was excellent! What really surprised me is that he set up an install appointment for me the very next day and within less than 24 hours I was driving around with new speakers! Awesome install, fast turnaround, and all in all superb service!

Excellent service, the guys at Lakeland store are amazing, they fixed my problem a 100%, Im going to recommend this to everyone . My car sounds amazing.

They did a very professional job installing a set of door speakers, and two subs and a set of 6 x 9 speakers mounted in box and I bought external length speaker wire so I can set the 659‘s in the back bed of the truck

Took the estimated amount of time , I had faith in the people installing my speakers and they did a very great job . Didn't break anything in my vehicle . Very reliable service !!

They replaced my front door speakers fast and easy. Kickers made a better sound than what I had.

Had 6x9 installed didnt like the speakers and had them taking back out. Which was nice. They take them out for free if your not satisfied.
