Best buy employee recommended a set of speakers for my car back in December 2019. Because of the pandemic, stay home, quarantine thing I was not able to install my speakers until a few weeks
Ago. I made an appointment, drove 30 mins to otay just to be told the speakers were not the ones my car need. Something about a tweeter, however the manager didn’t offered another set of speakers, instead he recommended I sell the speakers on offer up because since I bought them back in December, he would not do a return. Thanks Covid, Thanks Best Buy. I took my car and the speakers somewhere else and got them installed in less than 2
Hrs.

The guy who installed my sound system did a terrible job..... The speakers and tweeters sound very distorted and it cuts out waay too much. I am not satisfied with the install at all. It gets me very upset listening to music and having to hear the cut out and distortion. The installer was Micheal. I called day's later due to the fact that the system totally cut out.... Went back and had the other check it. Was worse than the first time. My Bluetooth sounded terrible and same problem with speakers and tweeters. Just very disappointing... I paid a pretty penny to get crap as an install... Unbelievable!!!!

They did a very poor job installing my speakers. They got black on my gray headliner, and I had to replace all the screws with bigger ones. Not professional.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any service or retail store. Got speakers and a head unit for a car for my stepson. Store destroyed an OEM trim part around the head unit and then tried to tell me that it was broken when it was delivered. Carefully photograph your car before you give it to these people. Not worth it -- go to a specialty car audio store, pay a little more and have the job done right.

I been there three times and still my stereo doesn’t work, make me wait for the appointment, some times days sometimes weeks... and still have no music, I decided to try another place, very disappointed.

Decided to have the items installed locally due to the horrible experience we had with the purchase of these items. Called to find out about having the install amount refunded and they claimed they don’t charge for installation until the item is actually installed. Now we have to drive over an hour back to the store to prove that we paid for the installation and hope we get a refund.

Speakers installed without the amp they told me to buy. Sounds no different then factory without amp. Hooked up speakers, without harness, prior to telling me. Cannot be removed now and out $1000 and a day of my time. Amp was stated to work with my car. No communication or professionalism. Reaching out to mgmt for resolution with no reply. I would be very cautious to let them touch my car. They also messed up my factory radio and back up cam. Had to take to dealership for repair!!!

Bought online car stereo, speakers and installation (though website does not allow you to schedule speaker install). First install appointment cancelled 5 minutes before after having driven 45 minutes due to installer's mother leg massage issue. 2nd install appointment - stereo installed but not enough time for speakers. 3rd appt made by Blossom Hill store for Mtn View store - arrived after 1 hr drive and told appt didn't exist. They made another appt for Blossom Hill store which was cancelled the next day by email without explanation.
I gave up and installed speakers myself

They ended up not being able to install the speakers, due to the fact that it took the technician 4 hours to get the stereo system installed and then couldn't do the speakers. I had to get a refund on the speakers and the install/labor fee as well. What was quoted as a 3 hour install at max ended up being a 4 hour ordeal. Never again!

The speakers were good when I left but some of them have quit working. Need to get it back in but closest store is 1 hour away so it takes some coordination to get it there.

Dude had me come into the store 4 times in 5 days, 1 day was his day off, and another he no called no showed. Management said they would get a hold of me and give me a gift card or something and finish my installation. Neither has happened yet and this is the first contact I've received from the company. My first appointment was in December 16th and was told it would be done by the first of the year. It's now the 12th. Came to this store because my friend works here. I used up favors to give me rides to and from, 4 times. Shame on the company for how they have handled this.

After the salesman set up an install appointment I received an email cancelling said appointment a few hours later. After I left FOUR messages and did not get a return call, I went to customer service and explained what happened. She asked “So, you want to return it?” Well, I guess that was my only option…..horrible.
