    Prepare for a LOONNGG wait on phone

    Phone rep wasn't very helpful. Original phone rep booked my install appointment at wrong location and price. New rep stated she saw the appt and details but wouldn't honor pricing of booked appt. SMH

    The first instalker did such a disasterous job that car parts needed to be ordered to fix what he broke. Best Buy is supposedly ordering the parts to fix the car but it has been two weeks and we are told they are waiting for the corporate credit card o buy them. The second installer tried to redo the job, but this radio and speakers just sounds awful.

    My door is falling off. The installer did not fastened the inside door properly

That said, it was never our intention to return the car in worse wear than you left it, so we're grateful that you let us know the door was not installed properly. Please work with the store that did the install, so they can get this corrected.

    Five days after having two front speakers installed in my car, the sound on the right side stopped. I can’t get it fixed at Best Buy because the store is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I don’t blame Best Buy for the pandemic, but how about getting the installation right the first time?

    Installer left wires visible. Mic doesnt work. Broke a clip to the dvd player now I have to tape it.

    Bought Car speakers at Best Buy

    The speakers that they said I needed for my rear door were the wrong ones which I didn't know until I went to get them installed from the Best Buy technicians... they pulled off the door panels and said these will not fit so I ended up having to waste time and return everything thoroughly disappointed

    Carlos and miseal were definitely not wanting to be there. They called me 3 times to tell me the car was ready when I told them on the first call I would be there in an hour. Then waited 25 mins to pick up my car and to just have they say u needed back speakers.

    Guy didn't know nor have access to the proper information to do my install. The visit streted with why do you want to do this it won't improve your sound. If he can't figure or know how to access the rear deck then how does he know what will or will not improve sound. The bottom line is he doesn't know what he's doing.

    Speaker Installation was not explained well at all. It should be explained that you have to pay for each speaker install. One of the associates should have explained that too well. Never got my speakers installed and asked for my money back.

    The installer didn't read the install instruction that the purchaser purchased. It took 5 hours of waiting.

    Geek squad is a letdown

    Geek was sick so didn’t get speakers installed and had to wait another month out. No thanks, can do this easily myself shouldn’t have to pay a lot to be scheduled for something so far and is easy as hell to do.

    my system sounded great, left my car to get speakers installed. the speakers work great but my amp was not connected and didn't sound the way I dropped it off. They are quick to charge you and send you on your way.They don't double check their work and know next time to do the install myself. (lesson learned).

    By far the worst experience I ever had with Best Buy. I still have doors speaker wire hanging down and my speakers is broken

    No availability of any staff and the phone wait was absurd - You never talk directly to the store and they use call centers. There is no flexibility - If you cancel your appoint - you are SOL. This is Best Buy at its worse!

    They installed my new speakers and the next day my power windows stopped functioning. When calling to talk about this, the digital operator of the store said that they weren't accepting calls at the time... almost an hour before closed.

    Not even one star. Terrible experience! Half tail workmanship and didn’t even complete the job. Do not take your car to BEST BUY. We will be canceling everything with this company. Run far away from these technicians!

    Took forever to get an appt and when we did had to go to the opposite side of town which took about 45 min to an hr each way and when the work was done found out they messed up a passenger door so had to return to have it fixed which took another 45 min to an hr each way. Smh
