After installation had to reschedule to come back in due to the radio not working and something happened to the speedometer. Spoke to the tech and he was extremely helpful and reschedule me to come back in to address the issues.

Geek squad member replaced the 4 speakers in the doors of my car and installed 1 amplifier.It took 8 hrs for him to do the job.Way too long!! PLUS he scratched the paint on the outside of the doors VERY badly

Speakers were installed in the wrong doors, when I went to get that issue fixed they put a blown speaker back in.

The speakers are great. Sound is good. But the installation quality is very low. I found small light bulb from my door panel on driver side flooring. One of the 4 inch speaker cover is lose, and can't be closed any more. It probably was forced out by force and not by process. That is what i call poor job in installation.

Had speakers installed in my brand new car that I only owned for a couple weeks. The next day I found that there were scratches on the dash. I was going to have them install an amp later this month but no way now, I will do the work myself, at least they could of laid something down to protect the surface.

This was second experience with the installation crew at this location. The first time was great, everything was done right and the tech was really helpful. This time was the complete opposite. Install took all day and was done so poorly I had to return to have it fixed and then still had to spend time on it myself.

I am highly disappointed in the products and services that I purchased and received. The level of professionalism is terrible. Had to repeatedly go back and have items replaced due to blowing out. Finally had to buy good products from another website and notpurchase anything else from Best Buy. Horrible

Install was done on a weekday. Stopped working within a few days. Can’t get an appointment to be fixed for over 10 days out. Sloppy work on interior “wires hanging from install”. Would not recommend this service unless there is no other alternative.

The radio guy at Best Buy said if I upgraded the factory speakers in my car, that the sound would be better.
Not only is the sound the same as the factory speakers, I now hear rattling in both my rear doors. Also my left side door handle was missing the cover.

Horrible, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience ( AUDIO INSTALLATION), did not get the service I asked for & charged me for an extra service I could not use.

Did a terrible job… speaker rattled after install. Brought the car back three times and it is still not fixed. Front door speakers have no sound. Will go back so they can fix it…

Really was nice. But i believe they CV ould install and attach intems securely to the vehile ... its just not secure... my amp is not in a great place but at leat make it so it dknt move arround.

I wouldn’t let these people lace my shoes, much less complete any sort of tech install. Stay away from this Best Buy at all costs!

Although I bought a complete matching stereo system. The fade and balance controls don’t work, leaving me with music that’s in my face and uncomfortable. Asked for a fix but was given a lot of mumbo I didn’t understand. Very disappointed!
