I bought 2 of these to extend to locations that the 60' that come with the cameras wouldn't reach. They worked flawlessly.

A normal 100' BNC cable with an included coupler for extending an existing cable. However the cable that is shown on the box is not the cable that is included in the package. The only key difference is the insulation gauge of the wire. This doesn't effect the over all quality of the product as its mostly a cosmetic change. Cosmetic bait and switch is worth 1 star however.

This 100ft cable has been operating for 2 years with no problems. I have the Swann 5MP cameras, and needed more than the standard 60 ft cable length that came with the system to reach the far corner of the garage (Not sure if the new Swann 8MP 4K cameras still use this style cable). About 20 feet of the 100 feet is exposed to outdoors, and there have been no problems with the sun, snow, or rain. I knew I could have saved five to ten bucks on a cheaper cable, but since I had already spent several hundred on the Swann system, I went with this official Swann cable and have been happy ever since. I see no difference in my video quality between the 60 ft and 100 ft lengths. I would recommend it to others.

I just bought a Swann Security Camera package 5mp It came with 60ft cords but I need to run some longer runs so I purchased Swann's 100ft cords. They are a little on the expensive side, but these cables are double shielded and weather protected, at 100ft it is probably worth the double shielding because the last thing you want is interference causing your picture to be not at 100%

Used these for one of my customers. Camera located on opposite end of house, customer only purchased 60' cables with system. This cable was thicker and more durable than most.

I installed the Swann Security Camera system for a friend's store. This cable allowed us to install cameras in the rear of the store and in the outside rear area. Three days later, someone broke into the store in the rear. The cable was able to transmit a very clear image and the police were not only able to identify the thieves, they were able to recover the stolen merchandise.

When installing a eight camera security system, you may need several camera cables longer than the provided 50 ft cable provided with the system. These are manufacture cables and allow you to move your cameras to provide extended surveillance.

I purchased two of these 100’ cables with a Swann 4 camera system. The system came with 4 cable runs, but I needed extra length on two of the runs. These two cables worked just fine.

Goes with another product we purchased. Needed the extensions to reach the far side of house. Tested BEFORE installing, no issues. Installed, also works perfect.

I buy this cable for my cc tv connection and it is strong and very perfect for my cc tv connection.

I bought another brand of security system and the wires that came with it were too short but the Swann Extension cable did the trick.

Great cord not so easy to tear through real good run from one end of the house to the other and wrote easy real easy to connect

I recently purchased a Swann 8 channel DVR system for our new house. We have a long garage, so getting cameras to the far end from the attic was beyond what the included cable could manage. I saw a few third party cables for cheaper, but reviews were mixed. If a camera went down because I saved a few bucks on a cable and it missed a crime, what point is there? The cable is the same quality as the cameras come with, and even includes a bnc joiner for use as an extension.

This is quality security camera wire used for extension of our camera system. It added length to capabilities for our system.
