Used on a car trip this summer. Cable connecting units broke after first use and straps used to connect monitors to seats were flimsy at best. Main monitor still works fine. Second... Not so much. Even with a new connection cable it works only on occasion.

Bought this for the dual screens to go on vacations and to keep a little entertained in the car. Unfortunately, little had to be in a rear-facing carseat and the cords weren't long enough.

Saddly we have been searching for a quality DVD player and I suppose the search is still on. These worked great for about 2 weeks and then they began to skip and not playing brand new DVDs. It does not pick up where your child left off at either so you are constantly having to sit and wait for it to load and then get the DVD back where they were when they got out of the car even if you run in the store for 5 minutes. It takes you 20 minutes to get back on the road. Needless to say we wish we could return them.

Purchased this DVD player for my kids to use the day before we left on a long trip. Straps were basically useless, had to safety pin them. DVDs played fine during the trip (thankfully) but stopped working the 3rd week we had it (a few days past the 15 day return policy, of course). Now have to send it back to the manufacturer because we didn't purchase the protection plan.

Bought for my kids. it was a good size and two separate tvs. they can watch two separate movies. unfortunately by the third week we started having problems with one of the monitors. the power would not come on. replaced power cord. but then the dvd stopped working. the 30 dats hadnt passed so returned for a full refund.

Great picture quality. Easy set up. The Major issue was there was absolutely no sound from the secondary unit. I had to purchase a headphone jack splitter to accommodate my children while they watched movies with their headphones during our 10 hour trip.

Max volume out of the unit was a bit disappointing however, the earphone output worked well enough for the kids to hear the audio at interstate speeds. Its great for use on a trip, however, it's not anything that you would want to leave permanently mounted in your vehicle for daily use.

This DVD system lasted a year. it was cumbersome in the car for both kids with wires everywhere and a bracket broke on the back pretty quickly making them ineffective for mounting to the back of the front seat.

Did not last long. Had to return - should have been better

It worked just fine during our first time family travel. The connection going to the other monitor don’t work on our way back home. Need to return the product back.

The product isn’t durable and won’t last more than a few months. I bought the warranty replaced it no hassle but second set broke again sooner than first

It has a good picture and sound. However the clips that hold the strap broke. Then it messed up where you plug the power cord in.

I’m giving the DVD player 2 stars. Let’s keep this review short and straight to the point. While the displays are large enough and the pictures are pretty what good is a DVD player that constantly freezes. This was my 1st time using this DVD player. All DVDs were brand new (purchased specifically to use with the DVD player). I tried different DVDs to make sure it wasn’t the DVD player... It definitely was the player. I returned it the next day. Now I have DVDs with no player. (Once the DVDs are opened they are able to be returned)

The DVD player is working fine but the strap is wimpy, hard to put, on hard to tighten, and easily break

Bought this for a road trip for my kids on a road trip from North Idaho to Southern California. The internal system works great, however, On the drive out the secondary screen’s plastic loop that holds the woven strap broke off and we could no longer strap it to the seat back. On the way home the same thing happened to the primary screen as well. For the price, this is disappointing as they aren’t very useful anymore in the car which was our purpose for purchasing them.

The stopped working in less than a year. The disc will no longer spin. If you buy this, make sure you get a warranty.

I bought this for a road trip and to avoid my son holding an iPad the entire time and the mounting did not work so he had to hold it. The price was too high ($100) for the quality

I purchased this for my kids in November2017 . This product suddenly stopped working 6 months in. The main screen no longer played. The screen was black and showed no signs it was working. I called customer service and they said it’s best for me to just buy another one. I also called the manufacturer and they said the same thing. It worked great for 6 months. Disappointed it didn’t make the year. Definitely not purchasing this brand.

They worked for a little bit but quickly had issues with them not playing unless I pushed on the screen that contained the dvd but as soon as I would take my hand away it would stop playing. It would take multiple tries opening and closing it for it to play, if it would play at all. Would not recommend or purchase again. Disappointed

I thought this would be a good product for the kids' entertainment, but the 2nd monitor doesn't work well. It's not the connections but poor picture quality. I'm returning this ASAP. Even bought the Geek Squad protection to make sure I didn't have issues. Wires between the two units aren't big enough and stretched to the max. How much is a few feet of copper wire, a penny or two to these large companies?
