A great horror movie set at a summer camp. The special features were entertaining and informative .

This is an excellent 80s slasher film. If your a fan of slasher movies or horror movies in general & you have not seen this film then you need to check it out, it’s got one if not the most famous killing scene of the slasher genre the infamous boat scene. Also starring a very early role of Jason Alexander/Seinfeld & Tom savini does the special effects which are great. This movie over time has become a lot more popular & for good reason. The Blu-ray transfer looks great & the sound is very good to this is overall a great film & awesome collectors edition.

this film does not get enough praise because it came out during the massive 80's slasher craze but this is a real gem, not only does it have a couple of famous peoples early entries to the film word but it also has some amazing effects and kills.

this movie is similar to Friday the 13th, in the sense that it takes place at a camp with the killer getting his revenge on the teens. Jason Alexander is reason alone to watch this.

Shout Factory's Blu-Ray is beautiful. Tom Savini's gore effects have never looked better. Watch out for Cropsy.

This reminded me of the Friday the 13th series. It wasn’t a bad movie.

I love how cheesy this movie was and is a great 80s movie.

....and not much else. The Weinsteins were really lucky to have a career after this.

Every wonder what Jason Alexander, Holly Hunter and Tom Savini did before they were big stars? Check us this slice of vintage cheese and you will know! Truly a great horror film. Special effects second to none. Plentiful body count. Great soundtrack by Rick Wakeman.......whats not to like? This is a blu-ray combo pack so you can watch it in both high Def and conventional, truly a priceless package. Highly recommend it.

Made just as the early 80's slasher flick genre took off, sees a group of teens spending their time at summer camp who have the unfortunate luck of meeting a caretaker out for revenge. And of course they meet their ends in increasingly gory fashion. If you're interested in this kind of movie, you won't be disapointed. Check it out for the Rafting scene alone!

Just watched this on blu for the first time and it was great. It's been OOP on DVD for awhile, so definitely worth grabbing this on blu. The sound is pretty good on this too, overall I enjoyed this and definitely worth it for the collector's out there.
