I love 'Ghostbusters' and 'Back to the Future', so when this movie was released in theaters it was obviously that I had to see it. I was pleasantly surprised. The overall plot is entertaining and I very much enjoy the ghostly special effects. This movie also has a solid cast outside of Michael J. Fox. I'm glad I've finally snagged it in blu-ray format (I bought the DVD many years ago)...now it will join a few other films in my Halloween season rotation.

A classic film from the late 90's that was overlooked at the theaters. Directed by Peter Jackson this horror tale takes you on a rollercoaster ride as you follow paranormal investigator, Frank Bannister ( Michael J Fox), as he deals with his wifes death and builds his business by handing out business cards at funerals. Oh by the way, Frank also has the ability to see ghosts.

Everybody enjoyed this Michael J. Fox Fright Night, my family gave it four stars.

This is a pretty fun and yet dark horror comedy with Micheal j. Fox. Definitely worth watching for any horror fan.

Fairly good movie (no 'Lord Of The Rings', but hey). Acting is very good (mjf is funny and competent as usual), with really good special affects (especially for a pre-2000 movie—Peter Jackson started showing what he could do cinematically even on a mid-sized budget...

15 years since I last watched this movie and it still holds up well. Always entertaining and great on a cloudy day with some hot cocoa and a blanket.

If you like the Men in Black or Ghost Busters franchises, this is up you alley. Picture Quality and Audio Quality are very good. I had not seen it in years, but it has held up pretty well.

Its Peter Jackson and its so underrated. Buying it on blu ray was a great purchase for me with my TV and sound

Simply great on Blu-Ray. Such a creepy story, great cast, and a look a Peter Jackson before The Lord of the Rings and King Kong.

Amazing job to see how Jackson likes to push the limits and set new boundaries in the special effects of the time.

Director's cut was just as good as theatrical cut. Not much new matterial to add or change movie tone/flow.

Great movie to sit down and watch whenever you just want to relax
