As stated I watched with my kids when they were much younger. Twenty plus years I think. Anyway I saw this on sale and had to buy. Over the holidays the whole family got together. We watched it all together and had a good time. The colors are still good and the story line is still kind of lame. But hay, it is a kid show. We all had are favorite charactor.

This was one of my favorite movies as a child. Sure, maybe I was a little aloof to what was really happening, but I found nothing depressing about the film. Yes, it's sad and yes the happy ending isn't a Disney-type happy, but I'm sure that doesn't really matter to most kids.

A movie about life. Teaching kids to keep on moving on, coping with death and making friends. A young dinosaur loses his mother and gets separated from his grand parents trying to leave a world of little food and emptiness to find a world full of food and life.

This classic animated film takes me back to my childhood. Though I'm disappointed that there are no making off content on this disc, the excellent transfer more than makes up for it. The price is great too.

My daughter is 6 and this was a little juvenile for her. But she enjoyed it. There's a whole series of these, and this is the first, the introduction of all of the characters. Cute.

This movie is a very simple, nicely animated story that gives kids some perky characters to follow and shows them the earth as it was when dinosaurs roamed.

The firse and the best of the Land Before Time movies introduces these characters of Little Foot and his friends as they make out on their own without their parents.

I absolutely had to get this movie. This was one of my FAVORITE movies when I was little. Now I have 2 kids of my own and I had to watch it with them.

Watched it with son in the 80s and now carrying on tradition with grandson. Perfect for the dinosaur lover in your life.

My son is into Dinasours, and this was just perfect , you can tell it was created long time ago because of the colors but great movie and my son loves it

Bought this for my nephew, only complaint is that he has not stopped watching it! Gets a little old after the 5th time for the adults!

Classic animation from my yesteryears. Kids loving it too!

My adult daughter asked me to find this movie for her, of course I found it at Best Buy. One of her childhood favorites.

Picture quality is not the greatest. But I remember watching this with my (now 16 year old nephew) and the kids still love to today.

This was a good movie that never should have had sequels. The first one was good enough. I recommend only getting this one.

I got this with a little nostalgia for the first movie and because my son is in his dinosaur phase

Fantastic film, glad to have it in HD. Only complaint is the box which won't close on the bottom portion.

My daughter likes to watch it! The story talks about the mother takes care of her kid. My daughter will be quiet when she watched this movie.

This is one of my favorite animations of all time. I love this movie and the secret of the nimh.

It's a good movie I saw it for the first time with my son and will def keep watching I feel it teaches to all get along
