Great after a long day on your feet. Circulates blood flow.

The Therabody Jetboots Prime are an interesting piece of recovery equipment for your lower body. There are 2 leg and foot sleeves that are attached together at the top. I slid my feet into the bottom foot area and then zipped the sleeves up my leg. I would recommend being somewhere that you can at least partially recline. I turned on the Jetboots and I could feel air filling the outer layer of the leg sleeves, starting with my feet and ankles and then working in sections all the way to the top. Once it felt all the way filled up, it would then deflate in the opposite direction. I could adjust the amount of pressure that I wanted to feel. The point seems to be to squeeze muscles and move blood up from the lower extremities. I used the Jetboots after some exercise and also after a day where I had to stand on my feet for quite some time. The sensation of the Jetboots filling with air I would most closely associate with the filling of an air pressure cuff on my arm, which could feel good to some people but could feel others with a sense of overpressure. But it has to fill to a certain amount of pressure to accomplish anything. So if you are a person that hates the feeling of being squeezed or not being able to move your legs much, I will give a word of caution. After the Jetboots fill and then start to deflate, there was a sense of my legs waking up after falling asleep. It was almost a tingling sensation, and my legs felt generally renewed. It is very quick to put on and take off. The leg sleeves roll up into a small bag for storage. I think it needs to be used a few times to be appreciated. The first time I used it, I wasn't sure there was much a difference. But after the second time, I felt like I noticed my legs feeling better. Now I look forward to using the Jetboots. There are different sizes of Jetboots depending on your leg measurements, so make sure to get the one that meets your leg length requirements. Overall, I would recommend the Jetboots to anyone that does a lot of standing on their feet or especially athletes that are looking to recover more quickly.

These Therabody Jetboots Prime Recovery Boots are absolutely incredible! I got these "boots" because I am a senior and I am a walker. I go on walks that are quite long at a good pace about 3-4 times a week. After my walks, my calf muscles would be sore and my legs would be tired and achy. I thoroughly enjoy my walks but not the recuperation period after. Since getting these, everything about my after-walk has been so much better. These are cleared by the FDA as a medical device and I can see why.
The setup for these recovery boots is so simple - take them out of their drawstring backpack, find the included USB-C cord tucked inside a little pocket and plug them in to get them charged up. Mine were almost fully charged when I got them, so just a little charge time and I was ready to go. Therabody claims a 3 hour battery life and after a week of uses for me, they are still charged.
After my walk, I wipe off any perspiration on my body - especially my legs, put the Jetboots on my sofa with them layed out, unzipped and ready. Then I just sit on the sofa and place my legs onto the unzipped boots and slide my feet into each foot hole. At that point, all that's left is to zip up the 2 legs. It is a comfortable fit. There is a little LED control panel near the top of the pants. This is where you set the time and pressure limits for your recovery period. I have been doing 40 minutes at a pressure level of 50 and sometimes I up that to 75 during my treatment. Words cannot adequately describe the wonderful, relaxed feeling I get while using these and then how refreshed I feel afterward. They are so extremely comfortable to use that one time, I fell asleep! The pneumatic compression is perfectly synced-up in each leg and goes from your feet slowly up to your thighs and slowly back down. It does this over and over until your timer is up - or you can set it to infinity and it will keep running until you shut it off (as long as they are charged).
These only weigh about 6 pounds so it's not difficult at all to take them to my friend's house when we do our walk over at her house. I always fold them up after using and de-flating them and keep them in their storage backpack ready to go.
I am a total believer in these Therabody Jetboots Prime Recovery Boots. For me, they are very easy to use - as simple as setting the time and pressure and as I said, they are incredibly comfortable. They fold up to fit in their backpack for easy portability. And most importantly, they make me feel refreshed after using them instead of sore and that makes my next walk that much easier for me. These are terrific and I would recommend these to anyone!

I really like these!!
First off, i got these for me and my son. For different reasons!
I am 45yo, 6'2" at200lbs. I am also Type2 Diabetic. And compression is a big deal on our legs. I don't have any requirements for this but being proactive. I use these on the daily for a quick 20 min session to just relax. I am able to just slip in with my socks and jeans/shorts and enjoy the relaxation. I am able to get a nice compress its quite envigorating.
As for my son, he is an multi-sport athlete. He uses these for both pre and post events. The compression helps alleviate the bumps and bruise and circulate blood. He also realllly enjoys them.
Setup is simply, charge and slip on. Select pressue and time. Thats it! Its that simple.
Storage is in the included bag. Quick couple of folds and its in the bag. I've been able to attache the charge cable with some careful folding and charge in the bag.
I was a bit disappointed that there was only a cable and no charger block. As it requires a 20W charger. There is a flap in the bag for storage of a block and cable though.

The Therabody Jetboots Prime are a set of thigh high pneumatic pressure boots designed to massage the legs and help reduce metabolic waste in the legs from exercise. There are 4 air chambers that inflate sequentially from the foot towards the thigh. There are 4 pressure settings and 4 time settings so that each treatment can have a custom setting. The boots attached controller has a USB rechargeable battery making them completely portable. Legs are zipped into the boots from foot to thigh. After setting the time and pressure level the boots begin to inflate at the feet/ankle level. When the selected pressure is achieved the next (lower calf) chamber inflates. The next 2 levels (upper calf then thigh) inflate sequentially, massaging and squeezing upwards as it goes. These boots claim that no matter your leg size, a consistent and thus safer pressure will be delivered, unlike other products. I found that the lowest pressure setting felt good but wished for a bit more pressure. Stepping up to the second level and the third levels felt like a better more therapeutic massage. The top pressure level initially felt like more pressure than I wanted so I have only used it for short periods at the end of my treatments. I have used this after cycling and walking and find that besides a relaxing massage that my legs seem less tight and sore than usual after exercise. I really don't have any expertise that would allow me to address the Jetboots ability to remove metabolic waste but I can say that my legs feel great after using them. Sometimes I use them just because it feels good.

Compression boots aren't exactly a new thing, but the ability to take them with you anywhere is absolutely stellar. The boots themselves are somewhat awkward, but once you've got into the habit of using them a few times, the process is a lot easier (the height matters quite a bit here, so make sure you scope out the sizing BEFORE you buy).
These are big and bulky, which is probably why they come with a nice travel bag, but the process of folding them definitely takes some practice and patience. If you don't have a need to travel with these, a set of pants hangers should be your next accessory purchase.
The charging time is minimal and a single charge gets you multiple sessions (so far I've hit 8-10 and there's not much of a dip in the battery indicator - the 240 minute battery life would be accurate).
The controls are intuitive; power/pressure/time/start/lock. Whether you're using these laying down or sitting up, the effect is very therapeutic. The variable pressure is a great feature - and if you change the pressure to be lower than the current set is operating at, the boots deflate to start a new set.
The boots have 4 different pressure settings: 25, 50, 75, 100 mmHg. The 25 was a little too light for me but perfect for my partner. I tended to hover between 50 and 75, and the 100 resulted in pins and needles. You can set the session length between 20, 40, 60 and infinity. I saw immediate positive impact after a long bike ride with just a 20 minute session (2x a day on separate days with a 5K walk/run and 75 minute bike ride). Where I'd normally be pretty sore or at least stiff the next day, that didn't happen. On rest days the suggested circulation refresh routine was also very helpful at reviving what normally would be dull, achy legs. I could easily see these becoming part of my normal recovery routine.
The inflation process is from bottom to top and there's decent freedom of movement which kept any pinch-type issues to a minimum. The overall feel was similar to a blood pressure cuff over a larger area and the progression is gentle as the pressure ramps up.
The two big reasons that stop these from being a 5/5 are: the boots themselves are heavy and awkward, even when trying to store. And because of the materials required, they're also very noisy (crinkly mostly) when putting on or taking off or storing. Surprisingly, the noise while these are in action is minimal.
All in all, a really good recovery tool for folks who are training for 5Ks, increasing their distance, or sore from biking -- or just folks who spend a lot of time on their feet.

As someone in my 40s, I have an active life style. I’ve been training for a marathon for about 8 weeks now. (beginner level, 10 min miles) and have learned training and nutrition is just as important as recovery and rest. I cross train on off days with basketball and weightlifting. Weightlift consist for squats, and deadlifts at times. Recovery is crucial for the next day, and the Therabody JetBoots Prime helped me recover better and maybe faster. Here’s my take on them:
Recovery Impact
So far I feel like the Therabody JetBoots have cuts down my recovery time. After long runs or a session squatting/deadlifting I use the Therabody JetBoots and don’t feel as sore the second day. I feel like its greatly reduce DOMs. I’ve tried other compression boots before but they don’t feel as complete, the JetBoots delivers a deep, consistent massage to my overall legs. My muscles feel more refreshed and the second day. It’s been essential in helping me stay on track with my training schedule, especially with marathon prep.
Ease of Use & Cleaning
What really stands out is how easy they are to use. It’s straightforward—just slip them on, press the button, and relax. I like the fact that it works without an app.. TOO MANY APPS now a days. They’re also simple to clean, the material used is water proof like a high quality rain coat. Its recommend after every session to wipe it down with alcohol which is important after sweaty training sessions. The design is very user-friendly, so I can just focus on recovery without hassle.
Portability & Strength
I love the portability. I can easily throw them in a gym bag or take them on the go, and they’re not overly bulky. To me it’s a packing another pair of shoes. Despite being portable, they’re still incredibly strong. The pressure levels are intense enough in fact maybe too intense however you can adjust the pressure setting.
Sizing
It can be a bit tricky, so you might want to double-check your measurements before purchasing. I am right between the small and medium sizing so yea. Otherwise, once you find the right fit, they work like a charm.
Overall, the Therabody JetBoots Prime have become an part of my training routine, helping me recover quickly. I would definitely recommend these to anyone active.

I've had the Therabody Jet Boots for about a week now. These are exactly what I needed. Going in with eyes wide open, I didn't think these would have any real impact. I am recently on the downside of foot surgery and I asked my Doctor if it was OK to use these. He said absolutely, as it will aid with blood flow etc. They did exactly that. Now the no joke part is once you charge them up I personally wouldn't recommend starting at the highest level which is 100. Start at 25 and work your way up. 100 and 75 was entirely too much pressure and I had to dial it back. These are almost like pants. Put both legs in, zip up each leg and the control box is right in the middle. It has a timer for you to select what works best for you. It starts with your feet and then the other chambers fill with air and it works its way up your legs, deflates and then recycles the process. Im 6'2 and the medium size was perfect for me. Clean up is a breeze. Just wipe the inside down with a towel and a very light amount of sanitizer. Another great feature is the fact they are wireless, so no worry about finding a plug and having enough cord. These use a regular USB C cable which they provide so no different than charging your phone. So those of you who train, run etc. These are exactly what you need. If you just want an excellent way to massage your legs, this will do the trick. If you can, grab a pair. You won't regret it.

I have been a long time user of the original version of the Therabody compression boots and got very excited when I had the opportunity to experience their latest product! I am in the gym 5-6 days a week and proper recovery is something I’ve learned that you have to make time for. My biggest gripe about the previous generation is that everything was bulky. The pump unit, the boots themselves, and all the hoses just make for a lot of work and poor storage abilities.
Imagine my surprise when i opened the box for this model and saw everything in a drawstring sack that easily fits under my bathroom sink!
I’m sure a lot of people will think that because it’s compact and wireless that they can’t possibly be very strong. I’m here to tell you that you’d be quite wrong. I’ve only turned them up to 75% after a hard leg day and they will most definitely give you a working over. The control panel is simple and intuitive, and the integrated pump unit is quiet. They actually put me to sleep the first time I used them, and are quickly becoming something I use a couple days a week just to relax in addition to post workout recovery.

I’m thrilled and so happy to say that I am now pain-free after what I thought would be a long recovery with the possibility of chronic pain. I work a desk job, and I had recently gotten a new chair that slowly started cutting off my circulation. The pain didn’t hit me right away, but eventually, I began to feel it in the back of my left thigh, radiating down my leg. I tried adjusting my posture and standing more, but by then it was too late. There was something going on with my vein that had been pinched or damaged that needed restoration.
Desperate for relief, I tried leg compression therapy at a local clinic, and after just one session, the pain was significantly reduced. I wanted to continue the therapy but realized how time-consuming and expensive it would be to attend multiple sessions each week. So, I started researching the equipment they used and found this product.
It was a no-brainer for me to get it, especially since the cost of multiple therapy sessions would have been too much. Now, I'm able to use this product several times a day, every day with the comfort of sitting at my home rather than driving over to the therapy place. I didn’t do much else to treat the pain, as I knew it was a circulation issue that needed consistent compression therapy to heal. It came quickly and very nicely packaged and also comes with a nice bag to store it in. Very easy to use. They are wireless and can we charged using a USB-C cable that is supplied with them. Initially, I thought that the cable is missing but then I found it in one of the small pockets inside the storage bag. The setting options for the boots are:
Pressure Levels - 25, 50, 75 and 100 mmhg
Time - 20, 40, 60 mins and continuous
In less than a month, my pain is completely gone! While the functions of this unit are a bit more limited compared to the more expensive models, it worked perfectly for my needs. I’m incredibly happy with the results and glad I found this solution that worked so well! I continue to use it to prevent what had happened and to keep good circulation going throughout my legs to the rest of my body. I use them for 30-40 mins after working out in the evening which is around my bedtime.
Be careful that the compression sleeves are very bulky, the hand unit is hefty and weighs more than I expected before getting & using them. Probably the only con I can think of but it is to be expected considering the size and functions of the sleeves. I would highly recommend them if you are on the market to buy one of these devices.

From walking a lot, I get leg pain and my knee pops a little. But since using the Therabody Jetboots Prime my legs and knees feel great!
Packaging is great and you get the Jetboots, Storage Bag, charging cable (inside a compartment in the storage bag), manual. Charge the Therabody Jetboots Prime using the included cable or your own USB C cable, unzip the 2 boots on the bed (that's what I do), put your legs in them then zip them up. Press the power button to power on the controls, you can choose from 25,50,75, and 100 pressure and time increments 20,40,60, or infinite, a start/pause button and a power button.
I use 25 and 50 pressure for me for now and 20 minutes, I press the start button and the boots start to inflate at the feet first then 3 more sections going up the leg until all are full on both legs at the same time. The boots hold pressure for 10 seconds or so and release the all the air , then the cycle starts again until your time is up or you pause or stop it.
Make sure you rest your legs, and the feeling is different at first but you get used to it after a few times.
For me I love Therabody Jetboots Prime, works to get rid of or minimize my leg pain.
I have a medium pair, I am 5' 11" and my partner is 5'6" , we fit great in these and taller people will also with no problems at all.
