Great recovery for sore muscles and for circulation

I gave these a try for a few weeks to see how they were. I heard good things about them and I have started running more than usual in preparation for a Spartan Trifecta weekend in Big Bear, CA at 8000 feet of elevation. A Trifecta consists of a half marathon, 10K, and 5k all in weekend. Some days while using these I think I felt an improvement with the soreness in my legs while other days I felt nothing. I didn't feel like it was worth a 500.00 investment to keep them so I returned them. Maybe if they were 250.00 I would have kept them and continued using them longer. I know many people swear by these. I think these do work on a person by person basis. Not everything works for everyone. Overall the machine and leg wraps are very easy to use. Good quality overall. I would give them a try to see if they work for you.

Perfect recivery boot! I love how you can adjust the time and the intensity of how compressed you want the boots to get! Would highley reccomend.

These are the same as other higher priced brands. They work exactly like the ones used in the hospital except these are able to be charged and can be used anywhere.

Works really well and provides relief on my legs. Make sure to remember to keep it charge. it can be hard to take off and charge when its needed.

I purchased these for my son who plays basketball, he has been a big fan of using them after practice or games, says they absolutely help recovery.

This system is awesome. I could recover much faster now, and my whole family uses it. Each one of us had to schedule time for it.

These things are amazing, I get occasional swelling in my legs and the boots COMPLETELY relieve it in 15-20 minutes. Beware they are pretty big, I am a 6' 160 lb man and they go from my feet to my groin. They are too big for my 5'2" girlfriend.

I have tried previous leg comoression recovery systems and this isby far my favorite.

For the 2 weeks they worked, it was Great. But the pump gave out. Will save up some money and get the top of the line pair

I received it perfectly on time. They are wonderful! I am a runner and these ones have change my recovery. I am 5’ 3” and they fit a bit large but they work the same. I recommend them for everyone!
