It really does relieve the soreness in your legs and you can feel the circulation. Highly recommend as it is worth your money. I am 5' 6" and got the medium and it fits with some extra room, my dad who is 6' also used it and it fit him. Machine is not loud at all and super easy to use. Overall an amazing product!
