This package was returned to sender and delivered to Best Buy on 4/21. Since then, I've reached out to them multiple times with no resolution or transparent information about my refund. I did NOT request the package be RTS, the delivery guy didn't try a second delivery attempt. I wonder if the BBB would be able to help here.
