Great workout for my and my friend to get ready for my wedding.

This is an intense workout be prepared to be exhausted.

It looks like a home video. Would not recommend it.

I purchased this despite everyone saying it was hard to follow because I interpreted that as a challenge that I could handle. Well its not. It was not challenging choreography, coming from a fitness professional and a previous dancer. The problem seems to stem from the fact that none of the counts are in 8's, 4's, 2's, or singles as a dancer would be used to because that is the standard. The moves are not fun, the choreography does not add up to any combination. It is more like a warm up, at best. She looks bored and awkward and fixes her hair and is quiet and not enthusiastic while she dances. After this purchase, I felt it was a major waste. I purchased "Danceinerate" by Ilyse Baker. It was perfect.

This DVD is pretty bad. It is good for getting your heart rate up but that's about it. There is no instruction. The background "music" is absolutely awful. It has no rhythm or beat. Tracy barely follows it. It is very very beginner basic. Tracy looks bored. I don't recommend this DVD to anyone!
