     The shoulder strap is way too short for anybody with any kind of muscular build. The item would work great if it had some kind of extensions to the strap, but it does not include this. I don’t know how the company could create a product that’s meant for sore joints and muscle relief knowing that most of the people that would utilize it are going to be of a medium or larger build, do not buy, unless you are very small. Had to return it.
